fa نگرش دستیاران، کارورزان و کارآموزان پزشکی در مورد نقش آموزشی دستیاران پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: آموزش مناسب و موثر به دانشجویان پزشکی در اعتلا و حفظ سلامت جامعه مهم، و نقش دستیاران در آموزش به دانشجویان پزشکی غیر قابل انکار است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین نگرش کارآموزان، کارورزان و دستیاران نسبت به نقش آموزشی دستیاران در دانشکده پزشکی ساری در سال 1386 بود. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارآموزان، کارورزان و دستیاران بخش‌های دارای دستیار در دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال 1386 (250 نفر) بود. بر اساس روش سرشماری، تعداد 192 نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌ای شامل چهار سؤال دموگرافیک و 20 سؤال نگرشی بود که پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی، مجذور کای و ANOVA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: در میان پاسخ‌دهندگان، 47 درصد کارآموز، 39 درصد کارورز و 13 درصد دستیار بودند. نگرش شرکت‌کنندگان در گروه‌های مختلف بالینی متفاوت بود. مثبت‌ترین نگرش در گروه روان‌پزشکی (70 درصد نگرش مثبت) و پس از آن بخش‌های اطفال، زنان، داخلی و جراحی 50 درصد یا کمتر قرارداشت. نگرش دستیاران به مراتب مثبت‌تر از کارآموزان و کارورزان بود بطوری که 23 درصد کارآموزان، 38 درصد کارورزان و 58 درصد دستیاران نگرش مثبت داشتند و هیچ یک از دستیاران نسبت به آموزش خود نگرش منفی نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نگرش شرکت‌کنندگان نسبت به نقش آموزشی دستیاران در بخش‌های مختلف متفاوت و نگرش دستیاران بسیار متفاوت‌تر از دیدگاه کارآموزان و کارورزان در این زمینه می‌باشد. لازم است به نقش آموزشی دستیاران توجه بیشتر شود. Introduction: Appropriate and effective education for medical students is critically important in promoting and maintaining society's health and the role of residents is undeniable in medical students' education. The aim of this study was to determine the attitude of clerkship students, Interns and residents towards the teaching role of residents in Sari Medical School in 2007. Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, the statistical population included all clerkship students, interns, and residents (n=250) in all wards having residents in medical school of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2007. Using census sampling method, 192 persons were investigated. The data gather-ing tool was a questionnaire including 4 demographic and 20 attitude items. The data was analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics, Chi², and ANOVA. Results: Among respondents, 47%, 39% and 13% were clerkship students, interns, and residents , respect-ively. The participants' attitudes were dissimilar in different clinical departments. The most positive attitude belonged to psychiatry department (70% with positive attitude) and after that in pediatrics, gynecology, internal medicine, and surgery departments, 50% or less had a positive attitude. The attitude of residents was much more positive than that of clerkship students and interns. So that, 23% of clerkship students, 38% of interns, and 58% of residents had a positive attitude and none of the residents had a negative attitude toward their own education. Conclusion: The attitude of participants towards the teaching role of residents was dissimilar in different wards and the attitude of residents was much dissimilar to that of clerkship students and interns.
