fa دیدگاه دانشجویان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی و بهداشت خانواده دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز درباره کارآموزی در عرصه ساير موارد other ساير موارد other مقدمه: برای تحقق ویژگی‌های حرفه‌ای و کسب مهارت‌های مورد نیاز، دانشجویان در عرصه‌های کارآموزی آموزش می‌بینند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی وضعیت کارآموزی در عرصه از دیدگاه‌ دانشجویان‌ مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی و بهداشت خانواده دانشکده بهداشت و تغذیه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام شده است. روش‌ها: این‌ مطالعه‌‌ کیفی‌ تجارب دانشجویان را در خصوص‌ واحد کارآموزی در عرصه‌ رشته مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی و بهداشت خانواده‌ در تیر ماه 1387 مورد بررسی قرار داده و داده‌ها با استفاده از روش ‌بحث گروهی‌ متمرکز جمع‌آوری گردید. در این مطالعه سه بحث گروهی جداگانه انجام شد که در کل 22 نفر در این بحث‌ها حضور داشتند، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوا از نوع قراردادی انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های مطالعه بیانگر سه درون‌مایه برنامه‌ریزی درسی، آمادگی برای کسب دانش و مهارت، ارزیابی کارآموزی بود. در برنامه‌ریزی درسی دانشجویان به مسائل مرتبط با برنامه‌ریزی، طرح درس و منابع آموزش اشاره داشتند. در آمادگی به مسائلی از قبیل کلاس‌های توجیهی، هماهنگی دانشکده با عرصه، همکاری با کارکنان بهداشتی، آموزش در عرصه، انجام کار عملی و حضور مربی تأکید می‌نمودند. در ارزیابی کارآموزی نیز به مسائل آزمون پایان دوره، گزارش کار، حضور و غیاب و رضایت مسؤولین و کارکنان از دانشجویان اشاره داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: دانشجویان برای یادگیری مهارت‌های مورد نیاز خود در کارآموزی در عرصه با مشکلاتی مواجه هستند و خواستار ارتقای فرآیند آموزشی این کارآموزی‌ها و بهره‌وری افزون‌تر از آن هستند. پیشنهاد می‌گردد با ارائه برنامه درسی مدون و عملی، هماهنگی با محیط کارآموزی، اجرای شیوه‌های تدریس و ارزیابی مناسب موجب ارتقای کیفیت آن گردند. Introduction: Health services management and family health students require professional knowledge and skills to meet clients’ and health systems needs and expectations. In this area, clerkship has a fundamental role to achieve specific skills and competencies. This study aimed at exploring the root problems in clerkship from the viewpoint of students in order to suggest applicable recommendations to promote the quality of education and design an appropriate clerkship program. Methods: This is a qualitative research conducted to detect clerkship problems in health services management and family health programs in July2008. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as a qualitative data collection method was used to determine clerkship problems from the perspective of health services management and family health students. Three FGDs were carried out with 22 students. Results: The results showed that themes of coordination, teaching and supervision in the fields, tutor attendance in the fields and final exam were as the most important problem roots. Themes of planning, lesson plan, educational resources, field report and orientation workshops were found as relatively important problems. Finally, themes of hands-on practice, checking students’ presence, field workers cooperation and their satisfaction were the least important problems. Conclusion: The findings revealed that most of the concerns expressed by the students rooted from themes of coordination with school and clerkship fields, teaching and supervision in the fields, attendance of tutor in the fields , final exam, planning, lesson plan, educational resources, field report and orientation workshops.
