fa تأثیر الگویی از مهارت‌آموزی بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان پرستاری با بیماران روانی پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: اثرات آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی با الگویی خاص بر مهارت دانشجویان پرستاری در برقراری ارتباط با بیماران روانی کمتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر یک الگو برای آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی به دانشجویان پرستاری با بیماران روانی بود. روش‌ها: این پژوهش شبه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون بود که 49 دانشجوی سال آخر پرستاری در دو گروه شاهد (24 نفر) و تجربی (25 نفر) در آن شرکت نمودند. پس از اجرای پیش‌آزمون، مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان گروه‌های تجربی با الگوی در نظر گرفته شده برای آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی و دانشجویان گروه‌های شاهد با روش مرسوم به مدت 12 روز بالینی تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. در نهایت، پس از اتمام دوره آموزشی، میزان پیشرفت مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان دو گروه مقایسه شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از یک چک‌لیست تلفیقی استفاده و مهارت دانشجویان در مصاحبه با بیماران روانی مشاهده شد. نتایج با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمونهای ویلکاکسون و من‌ویتنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: دو روش آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی باعث ارتقای مهارت ارتباطی دانشجویان با بیماران روانی شده بودند. در مقایسه دو روش، الگوی در نظر گرفته شده برای مهارت‌آموزی به صورت معنی‌داری سطح بالاتری از مهارت‌های ارتباطی را در دانشجویان پرستاری ایجاد نموده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: علی‌رغم اینکه مشخص شد که الگوی در نظر گرفته شده برای مهارت‌آموزی تأثیر زیادی در ارتقای مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان پرستاری دارد، اما با توجه به کم بودن شواهد در این زمینه، انجام مطالعات بیشتر توصیه می‌گردد. Introduction: The effects of teaching communication skills using a specific model on nursing students' skill in communicating with mental patients has less been a subject of investigation. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of a communication skills' teaching model on nursing students' communicating with mental patients. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted as pretest-posttest design, on 49 senior nursing students in two groups of control (24 students) and experiment (25 students). After performing the pretest of communication skills, both groups spent 12 days of clinical education for communication skills. The experiment group was taught using the mentioned model and the students of control group had the traditional training. After finishing the educational course, students' progress in communication skills in the two groups was compared. An integrated checklist was used for gathering data. Students' skills in interviewing mental patients were observed and the results were analyzed by SPSS software using Wilcoxon and MannWittney tests. Results: Both methods of training improved students' communication skills with mental patients. Comparing the two methods, the mentioned training model showed a significantly higher level of improvement in nursing students' communication skills.
