fa ارتباط بین مصاحبه و آزمون کتبی در پذیرش دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته‌های آموزش پزشکی و مدیریت توان‌بخشی پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد، در سال‌های 86 و قبل، علاوه بر آزمون کتبی، از داوطلبان رشته‌های مختلف مانند مدیریت توان‌بخشی و آموزش پزشکی، برای مصاحبه هم دعوت به عمل می‌آمد. در این مطالعه سعی شده علاوه بر تعیین نقش مصاحبه در پذیرش دانشجویان رشته‌های آموزش پزشکی و مدیریت توان‌بخشی در سال‌های 85 و 86 به ارتباط بین مصاحبه و امتحان کتبی هم پرداخته شود. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، نمرات مصاحبه، کتبی، کل و مواد کتبی به تفکیک از کارنامه‌ها استخراج و سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری MINITAB-15 پارامترهای آماری مانند میانگین، انحراف معیار و همبستگی بین نمرات محاسبه شده است. سعی شد با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی و توزیع پراکندگی، نتایج آزمونهای آموزش پزشکی و مدیریت توان‌بخشی مورد بررسی قرار گیرند. در این بررسی، ارتباط مصاحبه با امتحان کتبی و نقش آنها در پذیرش این داوطلبان بررسی گردید. نتایج: مقادیر ضرائب همبستگی بین نمره مصاحبه و نمره کتبی در آزمون‌های آموزش پزشکی نسبت به این ضرائب در آزمون مدیریت توان‌بخشی بالاتر بود که مبین وجود ارتباط نزدیک‌تر خطی بین نمره مصاحبه و نمره کتبی در آزمون آموزش پزشکی است. در آزمون‌های مدیریت توان‌بخشی، ضرائب همبستگی و توزیع پراکندگی نشانگر عدم ارتباط منطقی بین نمرات مصاحبه و نمرات کتبی است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به بالا بودن ضریب همبستگی نمرات مصاحبه و دروس کتبی در آزمون پزشکی، به نظر می‌رسد گروه مصاحبه‌کننده از همان مطالب آزمون کتبی استفاده نموده‌اند در حالی که در گروه توان‌بخشی، نمی‌توان به ارتباط معنی‌داری بین مصاحبه و امتحان کتبی پی برد که احتمالاً مواد استفاده شده در مصاحبه و امتحان کتبی متفاوت بوده‌اند. عدم یک‌نواختی تغییرات در دو مجموعه آزمون آموزش پزشکی و مدیریت توان‌بخشی حاکی از عدم هماهنگی مصاحبه در گروه‌های مختلف است. بنابراین، باید پارامترهای آزمون مصاحبه از حالت کیفی به سمت کمی سوق پیدا کند. مصاحبه‌ها باید از حالت تجمعی و کیفی به صورت ساختاری، چندگانه و انفرادی درآیند. Introduction: In 2007 and the years before, the Ministry of Health and Medical Education invited MS volunteers in different disciplines such as rehabilitation management and medical education for interview in addition to written exam. This study tried to determine the role of interview in students' admission in medical education and rehabilitation management during the years 2006 and 2007 and also the association between interview and written exam. Methods: In this study, the scores of interview, written exam, total exam, and written exam materials were extracted separately. Then, statistical parameters such as mean, standard deviation, and correlation between scores were calculated by MINITAB-15 software. It was tried to investigate the medical education and rehabilitation management examination results using correlation coefficient and frequency distribution. This study also investigated the association between interview and written exam and their role in students' admission. Results: The correlation coefficient between interview and written exam scores in medical education examinations was higher than the ones for rehabilitations management which demonstrates a closer linear correlation between interview score and written exam score in medical education examination. Correlation coefficient and frequency distribution in rehabilitation management examination, showed no logical relation-ship between interview and written exam scores. Conclusion: Considering non-equivalent changes appeared in medical education and rehabilitation manage-ment examinations, we can learn about lack of coordination in interviews of different groups.
