fa تجارب دانشجویان و مربیان پرستاری از درس اصول و فنون پرستاری: یک مطالعه کیفی پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: شرایط مؤثر بر آموزش و یادگیری درس اصول و فنون پرستاری می‌تواند در کسب شایستگی مهارت‌های اولیه بالینی تأثیر داشته باشد. هدف این مطالعه، تبیین تجارب و نظرات دانشجویان و مربیان پیرامون درس فن پرستاری است. روش‌ها: این پژوهش کیفی از نوع تجزیه و تحلیل درون مایه‌ای (آنالیز تم‌ها) بود. در این مطالعه 15 دانشجوی پرستاری، چهار مربی پرستاری، سرپرستار بخش جراحی و دو پرستار دانش‌آموخته دانشکده محل تحقیق، بر اساس نمونه‌گیری مبنی بر هدف، انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. کلیه مصاحبه‌ها روی کاغذ پیاده و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج: با استفاده از تحلیل دست‌نوشته‌ها (آنالیز تمی) تعداد قابل توجهی درون‌مایه اولیه و هفت درون‌مایه اصلی که هر یک چند درون‌مایه فرعی داشتند، استخراج شد. درون‌مایه‌های اصلی شامل: عوامل آموزشی، استاندارد نبودن نحوه انجام تکنیک‌ها و فاصله تئوری و بالین، انگیزه، نیروی انسانی، ارتباطات، عوامل مدیریتی، تجهیزات و فضای فیزیکی بود که این درون‌مایه‌های اصلی و فرعی با جملاتی از بیانات نمونه‌های پژوهشی در مطالعه توضیح داده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از نقص ارتباطات در محیط آموزشی و تعامل بین استاد و دانشجو و پایین بودن سطح انگیزه در بین مربیان و دانشجویان پرستاری است که از اصول اساسی برای آموزش و یادگیری صحیح هستند. مسؤولین آموزش پرستاری روی این جنبه از فرایند آموزشی و رفع عوامل ایجادکننده آن توجه بیشتری مبذول بدارند. Introduction: The situations affecting teaching and learning nursing fundamental course may influence acquiring competencies in primary clinical skills. Several reasons have been mentioned for this problem. The aim of this study was to describe the experiences and viewpoints of nursing students and instructors on nursing fundamental course. Methods: This was a qualitative study using thematic analysis method. Fifteen nursing students, 4 nursing instructors, the head nurse of operating ward, and two nurses graduated from the university in which the study was performed, were selected through purposive sampling and interviewed. All interviews were transcribed, analyzed. Results: Using thematic analysis, a significant number of preliminary themes and 7 main themes each having few other sub-themes, were extracted. The main themes included educational factors, not respecting the standards in performing the techniques, the gap between theory and practice, motivation, human resources, communications, management staff, equipments, and physical environment. These main themes and other sub themes have been explained in the main article using direct statements of study samples. Conclusion: The results of this study revealed problems in communication in educational environment and interaction between instructor and students as well as lack of motivation among nursing instructors and students. These are the main principles of the appropriate teaching and learning.
