fa رویکردی به مشارکت مراکز داخلی و بین المللی در زمینه پژوهش ‌های بهداشت و درمان: اشاره به برخی نکات اخلاقی مروری Review article این مقاله به بررسی برخی از جنبه‌های اخلاقی تحقیقات گروهی و یا مشارکت مراکز داخلی و بین المللی در زمینه پژوهش‌های بهداشتی می‌پردازد. مشارکت‌های علمی دارای مزایای بالقوه‌ای می‌باشند، اما به اتمام رساندن موفقیت‌آمیز آنان در یک بستر اخلاقی، مقوله‌ای بحث برانگیز می‌باشد. روندهای رایج در تحقیقات بین‌المللی گروهی در زمینه بهداشت، برای اکثریت افراد جامعه، دارای مزایای محدودی است. از طرفی، تحقیقات جمعی در میان دانشمندان و محققین در مراکز دانشگاهی و صنعتی، معمولاً دارای ملاحظات اقتصادی است. همکاری‌های موفقیت‌آمیز بین‌المللی و بین فرهنگی اغلب می‌تواند موانع منطقه‌ای و جهانی را مرتفع سازد. در کنار این گونه مشکلات عمده بین المللی کنونی، مشارکت‌های علمی، به واسطه یک ملاقات یا ارتباط غیر رسمی آغاز می‌گردند. با گرایش و تأثیرپذیری این جریان از ارتباطات جهانی، دانشمندان و محققین با مسؤولیت بزرگتری در قبال جامعه جهانی مواجه می‌شوند. نگارندگان این مقاله به بررسی عوامل اصلی که مستلزم شکل‌گیری و ایجاد یک مشارکت جمعی بوده، پرداخته‌اند و همچنین رویکردهای لازم برای ادامه روند این ارتباط مورد بحث قرار داده‌اند و در نهایت، چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرده اند که محققین در تحقیقات پزشکی (بهداشتی- درمانی) در حیطه مشارکت می‌توانند نقش‌ مهمی را برای ایجاد توازن و حل مسائل بین‌المللی و جهانی ایفا کنند. This article reviews some of the ethical aspects of collaborative research or collaboration of national and international centers in health car researches. Scientific collaborations are of potential advantages, but, it’s a challenging task to successfully accomplish a collaborative research on ethically sound grounds. Current trends in international collaborative healthcare researches reflect limited benefits for the majority of world population. Collaborative research among scientists and researchers of universities and industry section usually has financial considerations. Successful cross-cultural and international collaborations have to overcome many regional and global barriers. Despite these difficulties, most scientific collaborations usually begin with an informal meeting or contact. With the advancement in global communications, scientists have greater responsibility towards world community while considering the impact of their collaborative partnerships. This article reviews the main factors required for developing a collaborative partnership and discusses the needed strategies for sustaining this relationship.
