fa طراحی ابزار بررسی وضعیت آموزشی مراکز ارائه‌دهنده رشته پرستاری در ایران و رتبه‌بندی آنها در سال 1383 پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف دانشکده‌ها از طریق مقایسه وضعیت ارائه خدمات آموزشی در آنها یکی از روش‌های کارآمد تعیین وضعیت موجود است. به عبارت دیگر، رتبه‌بندی آموزشی مراکز و معرفی الگوهای برتر، لازمه برنامه‌ریزی‌های کوتاه‌مدت و درازمدت در دانشکده‌ها برای ارتقای ‌کمّی‌ و کیفی در آنها است. هدف از این مطالعه، طراحی ابزار بررسی وضعیت کمی و کیفی خدمات آموزشی در دانشکده‌های ارائه‌دهنده رشته پرستاری و رتبه‌بندی آنها در سال 1383 در قالب این ابزار است. روش‌ها: در یک مطالعه پیمایشی ابتدا مجموعه‌ای از معیارها برای بررسی خدمات آموزشی در قالب یک نمودار شاخه درختی طراحی شد. سپس وزن این معیارها با روش‌های جلب توافق آرا تعیین گردید. از هر دانشکده نماینده‌ای برای تکمیل پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات معرفی شد. اطلاعات با بازدید از دانشکده‌ها تکمیل و تصحیح گردید. سپس امتیاز هر دانشکده در هر معیار محاسبه شد. برای آنالیز نهایی نیز از یک نرم‌افزار رایانه‌ای استفاده گردید. نتایج: مجموعه‌ای شامل بیش از 60 معیار و شاخص در سه زیر مجموعه درونداد، فرایند و برونداد و میزان وزن آنها برای بررسی ارائه خدمات آموزشی در رشته پرستاری طراحی شد. رشته پرستاری در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان با امتیاز 15/65 از 100 رتبه اول، دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران با امتیاز 59/62 از 100 رتبه‌ دوم‌، و دانشکده‌ پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران با امتیاز 76/59 از 100، رتبه‌ سوم را کسب‌ کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: با انجام این طرح، نقاط قوت و ضعف ارائه خدمات آموزشی در رشته پرستاری مشخص شده و به عنوان الگویی عملی برای اصلاح و ارتقای کمی و کیفی، در اختیار برنامه‌ریزان و مسؤولان قرار گرفت. Introduction: Recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of schools through comparison of their educational services status, is one of the effective ways in determining their present situations. In other words, educational ranking of institutions and introducing the best models, is the requisite for short-term and long-term plannings regarding qualitative and quantitative improvement of schools. The aim of this study was to develop a tool for studying the qualitative and quantitative status of educational services in nursing schools and ranking them through this tool. Methods: In a survey study, a set of criteria for investigating educational services was developed based on a tree diagram model. Then, the weignt of these criteria was determined through consensus making method. A representative from each school was introduced to complete the questionnaire. Through visiting the schools, the data was completed and revised. Subsequently, the score of every individual school was estimated for each criterion. A computer software was exploited to perform the final analysis. Results: In order to investigate the educational services provided in nursing education, a set of more than 60 criteria and indicators in three subsets of input, process, and output were designed and their weights were also determined. The first rank belonged to nursing discipline in School of Nursing and Midwifery of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences with the score of 65.15 out of 100 School of Nursing and Midwifery of Tehran University of Medical Sciences with the score of 62.59 out of 100 owned the secon rank and the third rank belonged to School of Nursing and Midwifery of Iran University of Medical Sciences with the score of 59.76 out of 100.
