fa طراحی بسته آموزشی دوره آشناسازی دانشجویان جدیدالورود پرستاری: دوره رویش Developing a Training Package for New Nursing Students: The Rooyesh Course يادگيري الكترونيكي E-learning پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="text-align: justify;"> <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: آشناسازی ناکافی دانشجویان پرستاری در زمان ورود به رشته میتواند به سردرگمی آنها و ترک تحصیل منجر شود. توسعه اصولی بسته آموزشی آشناسازی دانشجویان جدیدالورود پرستاری جهت استفاده در یک دوره آشناسازی بدین‌منظور، می‌تواند به کاهش چالش‌های دانشجویان کمک کند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی بسته آموزشی آشناسازی دانشجویان جدیدالورود پرستاری جهت اجرای دوره‌ای با عنوان اختصاصی رویش انجام شد. روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر براساس مدل ADDIE در سال ۱۴۰۲ و در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی شهید صدوقی انجام شد. این مطالعه مراحل تحلیل، طراحی و توسعه بسته آموزشی جهت دوره رویش را گزارش می‌کند. در مرحله تحلیل، تحلیل فراگیران برای تعیین عناوین بسته آموزشی آشناسازی دانشجویان جدیدالورود پرستاری صورت گرفت. در مرحله طراحی، جهت تعیین اهداف دوره، جلسات بحث گروهی متمرکز برگزار و داده‌ها تحلیل شد. در این دو مرحله، جهت مدیریت داده‌های کیفی از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA و جهت مدیریت داده‌های کمی از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شد. در مرحله توسعه محتوا، محتوای چندرسانه‌ای براساس موضوعات استخراجی تدوین شد. در نهایت و بعد از جمع‌بندی، بسته آموزشی دانشجویان جدیدالورود پرستاری نهایی شد. نتایج: در مرحله تحلیل فراگیران، شش مضمون اصلی از تحلیل محتوای کیفی مصاحبه‌ها استخراج شد که راهنمای تعیین موضوعات کلی بسته آموزشی بود. سپس، دانشجویان و اساتید پرستاری با تکمیل یک پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته، نظر خود را در مورد عناوین و ویژگی‌های بسته اعلام کردند. تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از بحث گروهی متمرکز در مرحله طراحی، به تعیین اهداف یادگیری در حیطه‌های شناختی، نگرشی و تعیین نظریه یادگیری غالب دوره رویش انجامید. در مرحله توسعه، ۲۵ عنوان جهت بسته آموزشی نهایی شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بسته آموزشی طراحی شده، برای اجرای دوره رویش میتواند به دانشجویان در هدف‌گذاری، آینده‌نگاری و ارتقای شخصی و حرفه‌ای در طی چهار سال تحصیل کارشناسی پرستاری کمک کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div></div> Introduction: Nursing students' inadequate familiarization with the field can lead to dropping out. Developing an educational package for new nursing students to use in an introductory course can help reduce challenges. This study endeavored to develop an educational package for the orientation of new nursing students for the implementation of a course named Rooyesh. Methods: This study was conducted based on the ADDIE model in the academic years 2023-2024 in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, and reports the Analysis, Design, and Development of the educational package for the Rooyesh course. Responses were analyzed to determine the topics of the educational package. In the design phase, focus group interviews were conducted to determine the goals of the course and the data were analyzed. In so doing, MAXQDA was used to manage qualitative data. In the content development stage, multimedia content was compiled based on extracted topics. This way, the training package was finalized after summarizing. Results: In analyzing the responses, six main themes were extracted from the qualitative content analysis of the interviews, which became a guide for determining the general topics of the educational package. Then, by completing a researcher-made questionnaire, nursing students, and professors expressed their opinions about the titles and features of the package. The analysis of the data gathered from focus-group interview in the design stage ushered in the determination of learning goals in the cognitive and attitudinal fields as well as the dominant learning theory of the growth course. In the development stage, 28 titles achieved for the educational package.
