fa ارزیابی محیط آموزشی درمانگاه‌های داخلی و اطفال بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز ارزشيابي برنامه Program Evaluation پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: آموزش درمانگاهی بخش مهمی از آموزش بالینی دانشجویان را در بر می‌گیرد، لذا این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی محیط آموزشی در درمانگاه‌های داخلی و اطفال بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه جندی شاپور اهواز از دیدگاه کارورزان در سال ۱۴۰۲انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی حاضر به منظور ارزیابی محیط آموزشی درمانگاه‌&lrm;های داخلی و اطفال روی ۳۰۲ نفر از کارورزان پزشکی که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ روان&lrm;سنجی شده ACLEEM در ۸ حیطه بود. حیطه‌ها عبارت بودند از &quot;توانمندی اساتید بالینی، فعالیت در عرصه بالینی و مراقبت از بیمار، تخصیص وقت برای فعالیت‌های غیربالینی، زیرساخت، مهارت‌های بالینی، سنجش و بازخورد، اطلاعات، ارتباطات و فناوری و نظارت بالینی. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی، توزیع و درصد و آزمون‌های تحلیلی تی مستقل و ANOVA استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از SPSS ۲۵ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <br> <strong>نتایج</strong>: بیش‌ترین میانگین امتیاز کارورزان مربوط به حیطه &laquo;مهارت‌های بالینی&raquo; با ۶۹.۲۵% و کم‌ترین میانگین امتیاز مربوط به حیطه &laquo;سنجش و بازخورد&raquo; با ۳۷.۵۵% بود. امتیاز کل حیطه‌&lrm;ها در بخش اطفال ۲۵.۵۷&plusmn;۸۸.۴۸ و در بخش داخلی ۳۰.۶۷&plusmn;۸۸.۴۷ گزارش شد. همچنین میانگین نمره کلی تمام حیطه‌ها در بین بخش&lrm;های داخلی و اطفال (۰.۹=Pvalue) تفاوت معناداری نداشت اما نمره کلی و نمره تمام حیطه&lrm;‌ها در بین خانم‌&lrm;ها و آقایان (۰.۰۰۱ =Pvalue) تفاوت معناداری داشت.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: نتایج نشان داد محیط آموزشی درمانگاه&lrm;‌ها در وضعیت نیمه&lrm;‌مطلوب قرار دارد که بیانگر عدم رضایت کافی از این محیط است. به‌منظور ارتقاء آموزش درمانگاهی باید با برنامه‌ریزی دقیق و استفاده از سایر ظرفیت‌های درمانگاهی اهتمام جدی به‌عمل آید.</span></span></span></div> <br> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Ambulatory training comprises an important part of the clinical training of students; in so doing, this study endeavored to investigate the status of education in the internal and pediatric clinics of the teaching hospitals of Ahvaz Jundishapur University from the perspective of interns.<br> <br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted to evaluate the educational environment of internal and pediatric clinics on 302 medical students who were selected by simple random sampling method. The instrument was ACLEEM psychometric questionnaire in 8 domains. The areas were &quot;ability of clinical professors, activity in the clinical arena and patient care, allocation of time for non-clinical activities, infrastructure, clinical skills, assessment and feedback, information, communication and technology and clinical supervision. Descriptive statistics, distribution and percentage, and independent t-tests and ANOVA were used for data analysis.<br> <br> <strong>Results</strong>: The highest average score of interns was related to the field of &quot;clinical skills&quot; with 69.25% and the lowest average score was related to the field of &quot;measurement and feedback&quot; with 37.55%. The total score of the areas was reported as 88.48&plusmn;25.57 in the pediatric department and 88.47&plusmn;30.67 in the internal department. Besides, there was no significant difference in the average score of all areas between the internal and pediatric departments (P value= 0.9), but overall score of all areas were significantly different between females and males (P value= 0.001).</span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results indicated that the educational environment of clinics is a semi-optimal condition from the interns&#39; point of view which indicates insufficient satisfaction with this environment.
