fa مروری تحلیلی- تطبیقی بر برنامه درسی کارشناسی پرستاری در دانشگاه‌های منتخب جهان مطالعات تطبيقي Comperative Studies مروری Review article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: برنامه‌های درسی، قلب هر نظام آموزشی است. از این رو ضروریست به‌صورت پویا مورد بازبینی و ارتقاء قرار گیرند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه‌ای تطبیقی بر برنامه‌های درسی کارشناسی پرستاری در کشورهای منتخب جهان انجام شده است.<br> <br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: مطالعه حاضر از نوع تحلیلی-تطبیقی است و درسال ۱۴۰۲ با مقایسه تطبیقی محتوای برنامه‌های درسی کارشناسی پرستاری ایران با دانشگاه‌های منتخب در امریکا، پاکستان و امارات متحده عربی و مبتنی بر الگوی بردی(Bereday) انجام گرفته است. داده‌ها با جستجو در پایگاه‌ دانشگاه‌های منتخب اخذ شده و مقایسه‌ی تطبیقی در چهار گام متوالی توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه با تمرکز بر نقاط ضعف و قوت هر برنامه انجام شده است.<br> <br> <strong>نتایج</strong>: علیرغم شباهت‌ عمده در برنامه درسی چهار دانشگاه، تفاوت‌ها‌ی قابل توجهی هم دیده می‌شود. در بخش واحد‌های عمومی، دروس مذهبی در ایران، دروس زبان انگلیسی در پاکستان، دروس توسعه فردی در امریکا و دروس نوآوری-کارآفرینی در امارات برجسته هستند. در دروس تخصصی، نقاط قوت برنامه‌ها شامل بالاترین تعداد واحد &quot;پرستاری بزرگسالان&quot; در ایران، &quot;بهداشت جامعه&quot;، &quot;نظریه‌های پرستاری&quot; و &quot;فرهنگ سلامت و جامعه&quot; در پاکستان، &quot;فارماکولوژی&quot; و &quot;اخلاق حرفه‌ای&quot;، &quot;عدالت اجتماعی و عدالت در سلامت&quot; و &quot;پرستاری در مشکلات پیچیده سلامتی&quot; در امریکا و واحدهای &quot;اطلاعات سلامت&quot; و &quot; تنوع فرهنگی در مراقبت&quot; در امارات بودند.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: در برنامه‌ی درسی پرستاری ایران، جای خالی برخی واحدهای تاثیرگذار به‌منظور هماهنگی با تغییرات جهانی در عرصه سلامت، احساس می‌شود. انتظار می‌رود جهت تربیت پرستارانی پاسخگو به نیازهای سلامت جامعه، محتوای برنامه‌های درسی مقطع کارشناسی ارتقاء یابد.</span></span></span></div> <br> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Curricula are the heart of educational system. It seems necessary to dynamically review and upgrade them. This study endeavored to compare undergraduate curricula in selected countries of the world.<br> <br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The analytical-comparative study was conducted in the academic year 2023 by comparing the content of nursing bachelor&#39;s curricula in Iran with selected universities in America, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates based on the Bereday model. The data was collected by searching the database of selected universities and comparative comparison was done in four successive steps of description, interpretation, comparison and comparison, focusing on the weaknesses and strengths of each program.<br> <br> <strong>Results</strong>: Despite the major similarity in the curriculum of four universities, significant differences are also seen. In the general units&rsquo; section, religious courses in Iran, English language courses in Pakistan, personal development courses in America and innovation-entrepreneurship courses in the UAE are prominent. In specialized courses, the strengths of the programs included the high number of &quot;adult nursing&quot; units in Iran, the high number of &quot;community health&quot; units, as well as the &quot;nursing theories&quot; and &quot;health and society culture&quot; units in Pakistan, the highest number of &quot;pharmacology&quot; units and &quot;Professional ethics&quot;, as well as &quot;social justice and justice in health&quot; and &quot;nursing in complex health problems&quot; units in America, and &quot;health information&quot; and &quot;cultural diversity in care&quot; units in the UAE were significant.<br> <br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: In Iran&#39;s nursing curriculum, some effective units are felt missing to coordinate with the global changes in the field of health.
