fa بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد نسبت به لاگ‌بوک مورد استفاده در بخش پروتز ثابت شيوه هاي آموزش Teaching Methods پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: لاگ‌بوک به‌عنوان یکی از مؤثرترین شیوه‌های ارزشیابی بالینی محسوب می&lrm;گردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد نسبت به لاگ‌بوک مورد استفاده در بخش پروتز ثابت انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، تمام دانشجویان سال ششم دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد، که در سال ۱۴۰۱ واحد پروتز ثابت ۲ را انتخاب کردند به شیوه سرشماری وارد این مطالعه شده (۵۴ نفر) و لاگ&lrm;بوک‌های آموزشی را تکمیل نمودند. در پایان ‌ترم تحصیلی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ای برگرفته از مطالعات دیگر، دیدگاه شرکت&lrm;کنندگان نسبت به لاگ‌بوک‌ها بررسی شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS-۲۰ و آزمون&lrm;های آماری تی مستقل، من ویتنی و همبستگی اسپیرمن انجام شد. سطح معنی‌داری ۰/۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.<br> <br> <strong>نتایج</strong>: در حیطه ضرورت ۵۳ نفر (۹۸/۱%)، در حیطه طراحی ۳۹ نفر (۷۲/۲%)، در حیطه کیفیت ۵۴ نفر (۱۰۰%) و در کل ۵۳ نفر (۹۸/۱ درصد) موافق به‌کارگیری لاگ‌بوک بودند. میانگین نمره پروتز در دانشجویان پسر (۱/۰۱&plusmn;۱۶/۹۶) نسبت به دانشجویان دختر (۱/۳۳&plusmn;۱۷/۷۶) به‌طور معنی&shy;‌داری کم‌تر بود (۰/۰۲۱=p). میانگین معدل بین دانشجویان دختر (۱/۱۱&plusmn;۱۷/۰۱) و پسر (۱/۲۰&plusmn;۱۶/۸۰) تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (۰/۶۴۸=p). در مقایسه حیطه‌&shy;های ضرورت، طراحی و کیفیت و همچنین نمره کل بین دانشجویان پسر و دختر تفاوتی دیده نشد (۰/۰۵)</span></span></span><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;">.</span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><p).><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از رضایت دانشجویان دندانپزشکی موردمطالعه و موافقت آن‌ها با به‌کارگیری لاگ‌بوک در واحد درسی پروتز ثابت بود. به نظر می‌رسد با طراحی لاگ‌بوک برای سایر بخش‌ها و ارزیابی آن‌ها از سوی دانشجویان و اساتید، بتوان به بهبود کیفیت آموزشی کمک نمود.</p).></span></span></span></div> <br> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Logbooks are considered one of the effective clinical evaluation methods. This study endeavored to evaluate the perspective of dental students at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences regarding the fixed prosthesis logbook.<br> <br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this descriptive-analytical study, all sixth-year dental students who took the fixed prosthesis course two in the academic year 2022-2023 (54 students)&nbsp;were included and provided with logbooks. At the end of the semester, the students were given a questionnaire to evaluate their perspective regarding the logbook. Analysis was done through independent t-tests, and Mann-Whitney and Spearman correlation statistical tests (p< 0.05).<br> <br> <strong>Results</strong>: In the field of necessity, 53 students (98.1 percent); in the field of design, 39 students (72.2 percent); in the field of quality, 54 students (100 percent), and in total, 53 students (98.1 percent) agreed to use the log book. The average score of prosthetics in male students (16.96&plusmn;1.04) was lower than that of female students (17.76&plusmn;1.33; p=0.021). The average grade was not different between male (16.80&plusmn;1.20) and female students (17.01&plusmn;1.11; P=0.648). There was no difference between male and female students when comparing different fields and the total score (p>0.05). The students&rsquo; grade point average (GPA) had a correlation with the scores of necessities, quality, and total, but the values were not significant.<br> <br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The findings indicated a positive consensus among the students regarding the use of logbook, reflecting their satisfaction, and positive perspective. This suggests that the logbook is an effective tool to enhance students&#39; performance and satisfaction.
