fa دیدگاه اساتید و دانشجویان دانشکده علوم پزشکی نجف‌آباد درباره قابلیت ارائه دروس تخصصی در بستر مجازی و دلایل آن؛ یک مطالعه کیفی يادگيري الكترونيكي E-learning پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> با وجود تجربه ارائه دروس تخصصی در بستر مجازی در دوران کرونا، شروع دوره‌های حضوری شک و تردیدها در مورد ارائه دروس تخصصی در بستر مجازی را به قوت خود باقی گذاشته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی دیدگاه اساتید و دانشجویان دانشکده علوم پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد نجف‌آباد درباره دروس تخصصی قابل ارائه در بستر مجازی و دلایل برگزاری و عدم برگزاری این دروس به صورت مجازی است.<br> <br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا، در جامعه آماری اساتید و دانشجویان رشته&lrm;های بهداشت، پرستاری و مامایی و پزشکی دانشکده علوم پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد نجف&lrm;آباد انجام شد. 30 دانشجو و 14 استاد از رشته&lrm;های مختلف به روش نمونه&lrm;گیری هدفمند برای انجام مصاحبه نیمه&lrm;ساختاریافته انتخاب شدند. مدت انجام مصاحبه برای دانشجویان 15 تا 20 دقیقه و برای اساتید حدود 50 تا 90 دقیقه به‌طول انجامید. انجام مصاحبه&lrm;ها تا زمان اشباع داده&lrm;ها ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده&lrm;ها به روش تحلیل محتوای موضوعی و روایی و پایایی نتایج به شیوه پرسش از همکار و بررسی توسط اعضاء انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>نتایج</strong>: دانشجویان و اساتید تمام دروس پایه و تخصصی نظری را قابل ارائه در بستر مجازی می‌دانند. در بررسی داده&lrm;های کیفی دلایل اساتید و دانشجویان برای برگزاری و عدم برگزاری دروس تخصصی در بستر مجازی در 23 طبقه فرعی و دو طبقه کلی نگرشی (استفاده بهینه از زمان، کاهش هزینه، فرار از تدریس ضعیف اساتید) و مهارت‌های فنی و تکنیکی (مدیریت بهتر کلاس‌های با جمعیت زیاد، استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین در تدریس) طبقه بندی گردید.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتیجه مطالعه نشان&lrm;دهنده استدلال&lrm;های موافق و مخالف در مورد ارائه دروس تخصصی در بستر مجازی است. از این دیدگاه&lrm;ها استنباط&lrm;هایی می&lrm;شود که به اصلاح روند برگزاری و ارائه دروس در بستر مجازی کمک می&lrm;کند.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><strong>Introduction: </strong>Despite the experience of offering specialized courses on the virtual platform in the era of Corona, there are still doubts about the delivery of specialized courses on the virtual platform. This study endeavors to investigate the views of the professors and students of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Najaf Abad Azad University regarding delivering specialized courses on the virtual platform and the reasons for holding and not holding these courses virtually.</span></span><br> <br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Methods</b><b>: </b>This is qualitative study conducted through the content analysis method. The statistical population included professors and students of health, nursing, midwifery, and medicine of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Najafabad Azad University. Thirty students and 14 professors from different disciplines were selected by purposeful sampling to conduct semi-structured interviews. The interview lasted 15 to 20 minutes for students and 50 to 90 minutes for professors. Interviewing continued until data saturation. Data analysis was done by thematic content analysis method based on Krippendorff&#39;s approach. The accuracy and correctness of the data were confirmed by experts and checking by the members.&nbsp;</span></span><br> <br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Results:</b> Professors and students believed that all basic and theoretical specialized courses can be delivered on a virtual platform. As to the analysis of qualitative data, the reasons of professors and students for gettig and not holding specialized courses on a virtual platform were divided into 23 sub-categories and two general categories: Attitude (optimal use of time, cost reduction, escape from poor professors&#39; teaching) and technical skills (better management of classes with large population, use of new technologies in teaching).</span></span><br> <br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Conclusion</b>: Examining the views and opinions of professors and students indicated that the arguments for and against delivering specialized courses on a virtual platform.
