fa تجربیات دانشجویان مامایی از نخستین اجرای مهارت مدیریت زایمان در زایشگاه: یک مطالعه کیفی شيوه هاي آموزش Teaching Methods پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> با توجه به اهمیت مراقبت‌های مامایی در ارتقای سلامت جامعه، تلاش برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش در این زمینه به‌ویژه آموزش بالینی مامایی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد و برای ایجاد این پیشرفت، بررسی تجربیات دانشجویان و نظرات آنها در مورد مهارت‌های بالینی انجام گرفته در سال‌های ابتدایی تحصیلشان می‌تواند بسیار مفید باشد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین تجربیات خوشایند و ناخوشایند از نخستین مدیریت زایمان در بین دانشجویان مامایی در سال ۱۴۰۱ انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>روش‌ها:</strong> این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با روش تحلیل محتوای مرسوم انجام شده است. شرکت‌کنندگان شامل ۱۷ نفر از دانشجویان مامایی با نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال ۱۴۰۱ بودند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته درباره تجربیات خوشایند و ناخوشایند از نخستین اجرای&nbsp; مدیریت زایمان طبیعی استفاده و با تحلیل محتوا تحلیل شد.<br> <br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها سه طبقه کلی را شناسایی کرد: حضور مربی مؤثر (زیرطبقات: ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و رفتاری معلم، توانایی علمی و عملی کافی)، محیط (فضای فیزیکی شلوغ، ارتباط نامناسب پرسنل، فرآیند تولد)، ویژگی‌های فردی (داشتن شجاعت، داشتن انگیزه، داشتن آمادگی عملی قبل از ورود به دوره کارآموزی).<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: براساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، حضور مربی مؤثر، محیط و ویژگی‌های فردی دانشجویان منجر به ایجاد تجارب دانشجویان مامایی از اولین مهارت زایمان شده است.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt">Introduction</span></b><b><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt">: </span></b><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt">Considering the importance of midwifery care in promoting the health of society, it seems necessary to try to improve the quality of education in this field, especially midwifery clinical education. In order to make this progress, it can be very useful to examine students&#39; experiences and their opinions about the clinical skills performed in the early years of their studies. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of explaining the pleasant and unpleasant experiences of childbirth management skills among midwifery students in 2022.</span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Methods</b><b>: </b>This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and with conventional content analysis method.
