fa تاثیر برنامه آموزش "منتخب داروهای سرپایی طب کودکان" بر میزان دانش کارورزان در دوره سه ماهه اطفال آموزش باليني Clinical Teaching پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: ضرورت یک آموزش پویا در حوزه پزشکی با هدف ارتقای کیفیت آموزش در راستای تربیت پزشکان کارآمدتر همواره منجر به ارائه روش‌های نوین آموزشی شده است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی اثر اجرای برنامه آموزشی منتخب داروهای سرپایی طب کودکان بر میزان دانش کارورزان است.<br> <br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مداخله‌ای نیمه‌تجربی دو گروهه از نوع پیش‌آزمون&ndash;پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است که 70 نفر (از طریق گمارش تصادفی 35 نفر به عنوان گروه کنترل و 35 نفر به عنوان گروه مداخله در نظر گرفته شدند) از دانشجویان دوره انترنی پزشکی سال تحصیلی 1397-1396دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد که به بیمارستان‌های امام رضا، قائم و دکتر شیخ مشهد معرفی شده بودند به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات آزمونی ساختاریافته با عنوان سنجش میزان دانش و آگاهی دانشجویان از داروهای سرپایی طب اطفال، بر اساس متغیرهای مورد مطالعه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی (میانگین و فراوانی انحراف معیار) و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>نتایج</strong>: میانگین و انحراف معیار میزان دانش کارورزان در پیش‌آزمون در گروه کنترل (57/0&plusmn;93/5) و گروه مداخله (57/0&plusmn;93/5) بود و در پس‌آزمون نیز میانگین و انحراف معیار میزان دانش کارورزان در گروه کنترل (28/1&plusmn;89/13) و گروه مداخله (34/1&plusmn;82/16) بود. میانگین نمرات دو گروه کنترل و مداخله در پس‌آزمون معنادار بود (001/0=p) که نشان‌دهنده تاثیر برنامه مکمل آموزشی طب سرپایی اطفال در گروه مداخله است. آماره ازمون (407/85 =F) بود.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: پژوهش حاضر تاثیر برنامه آموزشی منتخب داروهای سرپایی طب اطفال را بر ارتقای آموزش معمول و به عنوان یک آموزش مکمل موثر تایید نمود. بنابراین به نظر می‌رسد اجرای این برنامه آموزشی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی سراسر کشور در سال‌های آینده باید مورد توجه قرار بگیرد.</span></span></span><br> <br> <br> <strong><span style="font-size:14px;">تازه‌های تحقیق</span><br> زهرا شریفی:<em> </em></strong><em><a href="https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=B5wKxA0AAAAJ">Google Scholar</a>, <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=Zahra+Sharifi">Pubmed</a></em><br> &nbsp;</div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><br> <span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: The necessity of a dynamic education in the field of medicine with the aim of improving the quality of education in order to train more efficient doctors has always led to the provision of new educational methods. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the implementation of the selected educational program of pediatric outpatient drugs on the level of knowledge of interns.<br> <br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This study is a two-group semi-experimental interventional study of pre-test-post-test type with a control group, which included 70 people (through random assignment, 35 people were considered as the control group and 35 people were considered as the intervention group) from the medical internship students of the year 2016-2018 academic year of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences who were introduced to Imam Reza, Qaim and Dr. Sheikh hospitals of Mashhad were selected by available sampling method. The data collection tool was a structured test titled measuring the level of students&#39; knowledge and awareness of pediatric outpatient drugs, based on the variables studied. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistical methods (mean and frequency of standard deviation) and analysis of covariance test.<br> <br> <strong>Results</strong>: The mean and standard deviation of the interns&#39; knowledge in the pre-test was 5.93&plusmn;0.57 in the control group and 5.93&plusmn;0.57 in the intervention group, and in the post-test the mean and standard deviation of the interns&#39; knowledge in the control group (13.89&plusmn;1.28) and intervention group (16.82&plusmn;1.34). The average scores of the two control and intervention groups in the post-test were significant (p=0.001), which indicates the effect of the complementary educational program of pediatric outpatient medicine in the intervention group. The test statistic was (F=85.407).<span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt"></span><br> <br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The present study confirmed the effect of the selected educational program of pediatric outpatient drugs on the promotion of regular education and as an effective supplementary education.
