lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">یادگیری از طریق مشاهده در حرفه‌های مختلف همچون پزشکی، تاریخچه طولانی دارد و یکی از روش‌هایی که برای مشاهده در آموزش پزشکی به کار می‌رود &quot;سایه‌واری&quot; است. در سایه‌واری پزشک، دانشجو یا کارآموز، پزشک را در طول انجام کار‌های روزانه پزشکی مشاهده می‌کند تا درک خوبی از کار‌های او داشته باشد. از آنجا که در برنامه‌های آموزشی رشته‌های علوم پزشکی جای خالی این روش دیده شد، این مطالعه &nbsp;با هدف مروری بر مطالعات موجود &nbsp;در خصوص تعریف سایه‌واری در علوم پزشکی، تعیین انواع و روش‌های انجام دادن سایه‌واری و کاربرد آن style="font-size:11.0pt">Learning through observation in different professions such as medicine has a long history. One of the methods of observation in medical education is &quot;shadowing&quot;. In doctor shadowing, the student or intern observes the doctor during one&#39;s daily medical work to get a good understanding of the work. The articles from 2001 to 2021 were collected. Then the articles that fit the purpose of the research were selected and analyzed.</span></i></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> <i>The results have been collected in this article separately presented by definition of shadowing, its importance, types of shadowing, programs implemented in the world, and advantages and disadvantages of shadowing.
