fa طراحی الگوی برنامه درسی اخلاق حرفه‌ای برای دانشجویان علوم پزشکی آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر نيازهاي جامعه Community Based Medicine پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">اخلاق‌ حرفه‌ای در علوم ‌پزشکی، به عنوان یک حوزه فکری مطالعاتی نوپا است که مستلزم آموزشِ افکار، عقاید و رفتار تیم پزشکی در مواجهه با اصول و ارزش‌های‌اخلاقی است که به صورت دقیق، مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند تا آنجا که این اصول و مهارت‌ها نهادینه شوند. این پژوهش با هدف طراحی یک الگوی برنامه‌ درسی اخلاق حرفه‌ای برای دانشجویان علوم ‌پزشکی انجام شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر به روش ترکیبی در سال 1399، در دو بخش؛ کیفی(طراحی الگو) و بخش کمی (اعتباریابی الگو) انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از طریق مصاحبه با 17نفر از صاحب‌نظران در حوزه آموزش، پژوهش، درمان و اخلاق در علوم ‌پزشکی و اعتباریابی توسط 10نفر از متخصصان برنامه‌ درسی و اخلاق‌ پزشکی دانشگاه‌های مختلف به روش دلفی که با شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند، با روش تحلیلی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اطلس تی‌ای (</span></span><span dir="LTR">ATLAS. TI-8</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) گرفت. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">پس از جمع‌بندی مفاهیم و مقوله‌ها درقالب مؤلفه‌های برنامه‌ درسی (اهداف، محتوای آموزشی، اجرا یا استراتژی‌های آموزشی و ارزشیابی) در مجموع 150 گزاره مفهومی، 1 مقوله اصلی و 4 مقوله فرعی و 1 زیرمقوله به همراه تحلیل پایانی و گزارش یک الگوی برنامه‌ درسی اخلاق‌ حرفه‌ای برای دانشجویان علوم ‌پزشکی ارائه شد و در نهایت، اعتباریابیِ الگوی طراحی شده، توسط متخصصان برنامه‌ درسی و اخلاق‌ پزشکی با روش‌دلفی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج نشان می‌دهد تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی یکسان و مدون اخلاق‌ حرفه‌ای از منابع بالادستی بسیار ضروری است همچنین تبیین محتوای آموزشی اخلاق‌ حرفه‌ای کاربردی و قابل اجرا، آموزش و ارزشیابی مستمر اصول اخلاق‌ حرفه‌ای در همه دوره‌ها و رشته‌های تحصیلی جهت نهادینه کردن اصول اخلاق‌ حرفه‌ای در سه حوزه آموزش، پژوهش و درمان، بسیار لازم است. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: Professional ethics in the medical sciences is an intellectual field of study that requires educating the medical team about the thoughts, ideas, and behaviors of ethical principles and values that are carefully evaluated until these principles and skills are institutionalized. In so doing, this study endeavored to develop a professional ethics curriculum template for medical students.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This<em> study was conducted using a combination method in the academic year 2020 in two phases like this qualitative (model design) and quantitative (model accreditation). Qualitative data analysis was performed by interviewing 17 members of experts in the field of education, research, treatment, and ethics in medical sciences and accreditation by 10 members of curriculum specialists and Medical ethics of different universities by using Delphi method who were selected by purposive sampling method through Brown and Clark analytical method using Atlas TI. </em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>After summarizing the concepts and categories in the form of curriculum components (i.e., objectives, educational content, implementation or educational strategies and evaluation), a total of 150 conceptual propositions, one major category with four subcategories along with a sub-category, final analysis, and report a model of professionalism curriculum was presented for medical sciences students. Finally, the validation of the developed model was done by curriculum and medical ethics experts using Delphi method. </em><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>The results revealed that the development of uniform and codified professional ethics training programs from upstream sources seems to be essential.
