fa طراحی و ارائه مدل فرونتیک برای حل بحران مراقبت سلامت ارزشيابي مهارتهاي باليني Clinical Skills Evaluation پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یکی از دو بحران مهم پیش روی پزشکی مدرن، بحران مراقبت است؛ بحرانی که ناشی از نادیده گرفتن نیازهای وجودی و روانشناختی بیماران توسط پزشکان، پرستاران و دیگر مراقبت</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">کنندگان است. ما در این مقاله برآنیم تا مروری بر این بحران و اهمیت توجه به آن از جانب مراقبت‌کنندگان داشته باشیم. همچنین، چارچوبی را برای کارورزی مطلوب مراقبت، تحت عنوان مدل فرونتیک مراقبت ارائه می‌دهیم که آموزش آن به مراقبت‌کنندگان می‌تواند نویدبخش رهایی از بحران مراقبت باشد.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه با استفاده از روش مرور نقادانه (</span></span><span dir="LTR">Critical Review</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) و مراحل پیشنهادی کارنول و دالی (</span></span><span dir="LTR">Carnwell & Daly</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) برای طراحی مدل مفهومی به نگارش درآمده است. مفاهیم و منابع کلیدی مرتبط با بحران مراقبت در پایگاه‌های </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">داده </span></span><span dir="LTR">Google Scholar,</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">، </span><span dir="LTR">Web of science</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">، </span><span dir="LTR">PubMed</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">، </span><span dir="LTR">ERIC</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">، و </span><span dir="LTR">Elsevier</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و </span><span dir="LTR">Philpapers</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">تا سال 2020 و با کلیدواژه‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR">quality-of-care crisis, quality of care, care, practice, medical practice, healthcare practice, critical reflection, empathy, phronesis, practical wisdom, reflective practice</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> جستجو شد و به روزترین و پرارجاع</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ترین مقالات و کتب مورد گزینش و مطالعه قرار گرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">با مرور منابع دسته اول و مرتبط و ادغام آنها به تصویری از بحران مراقبت دست یافتیم که در آن نیازهای وجودی و روانشناختی فرد نادیده گرفته می‌شود. همچنین، با مطالعه</span></span><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">‌ای </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">انتقادی در باب چیستی مراقبت پزشکی، مدلی را طراحی کردیم که 12 ویژگی برای کارورزی مراقبت فرونتیک (</span></span><span dir="LTR">Phronetic</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) در آن ارائه شده است و این مدل می‌تواند به حل بحران مراقبت کمک کند.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نظر به این که یکی از مهم‌ترین گام‌های حل بحران مراقبت، بازاندیشی در باب این مفهوم و مؤلفه‌های گوناگون آن است، چارچوب پیشنهادی نگارندگان برای تمرین عملی مؤلفه‌های گوناگون مراقبت، می‌تواند به عنوان مبنایی برای آموزش مهارت‌های مورد نیاز به مراقبت‌کنندگان و تربیت مطلوب آنها در جهت رهایی از بحران مراقبت قرار بگیرد.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em><span dir="RTL">؟</span></em><em>One of the two major crises modern medicine is confronting with is the quality-of-care crisis (QCC); The QCC is the result of the ignorance of the existential and psychological needs of patients by doctors, nurses, and caregivers. In this paper, we aim to review this crisis and the importance of taking it into consideration by caregivers. We also develop a framework, called The Phronetic Model for Care, for an ideal care practice that can be used as a basis for training caregivers and this could be a major step to overcome QCC</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This study has been written using the Critical Review method and the proposed steps by Carnwell & Daly to design a conceptual model. The concepts and resources related to the QCC have been searched for in databases including Google Scholar, Web of Science, PubMed, ERIC, Elsevier, and PhilPapers with the keywords medical practice, healthcare practice, critical reflection, empathy, phronesis, practical wisdom, reflective practice and the latest and most cited papers and books have been selected and read.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>This study has been written using the Critical Review method and the proposed steps by Carnwell & Daly to design a conceptual model.
