fa عملکرد پزشک در آموزش به بیمار حین ترخیص از دیدگاه کارورزان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر نيازهاي جامعه Community Based Medicine پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">آموزش پزشک به بیمار و به‌کارگیری مشارکت بیماران در طول بستری، به‌ویژه در زمان ترخیص نقش مهمی در میزان رضایت بیماران، پیگیری روند درمان، بهبودی سریع</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">تر آنان و کاهش هزینه‌های بستری و درمان دارد. اطلاع از عملکرد پزشکان در آموزش به بیماران حین ترخیص می‌تواند مبنایی مناسب جهت تصمیم‌گیری، برنامه‌ریزی و اقدامات لازم در این خصوص باشد. این مطالعه &nbsp;با هدف بررسی عملکرد پزشکان در آموزش به بیماران حین ترخیص از دیدگاه کارورزان پزشکی در شهر اصفهان در سال 1398 انجام شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، &nbsp;100 نفر از کارورزان پزشکی بخش‌های داخلی و جراحی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر اصفهان در سال 1398 به شیوه در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ای برگرفته از سایر مطالعات بود که پس از تاییدروایی و پایایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از شیوه‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">از دیدگاه کارورزان، عملکرد پزشک در آموزش به بیمار حین ترخیص، بیش‌ترین نمره در حیطه‌ی آموزش در مورد مصرف دارو در منزل (نمره69/5 از 10 و با میانگین 31/2</span></span><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">69/5) و کم‌ترین نمرات در حیطه‌ی آموزش در مورد خود مراقبتی در منزل (نمره 69/4 از 10 با میانگین 38/2</span></span><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">69/4) و چگونگی عملکرد بیمار در صورت بروز مشکل (نمره 58/4 از 10 با میانگین 84/2</span></span><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">58/4) بود. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، از دیدگاه کارورزان، عملکرد پزشک در آموزش به بیمار حین ترخیص در حد متوسط بود و نیاز به افزایش کیفیت آموزش دیده می&shy;شود. نتایج این تحقیق و مطالعات مشابه در حوزه&shy;ی آموزش به بیمار می&shy;تواند بصورت دستورالعملی جامع جهت آموزش به بیمار توسط گروه درمان فراهم شود و در نهایت موجب افزایش کیفیت آموزش به بیماران شود.</span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Physician education for patient hospitalization, especially at the time of discharge plays an important role in patient satisfaction, follows the treatment process, their faster recovery, and reduces hospitalization and treatment costs. Knowing the physicians&#39; performance in patient education during discharge can be a good basis for decision-making, planning, and action. This study endeavored to determine the physicians&rsquo; performance in teaching patients during discharge from medical interns&rsquo; point of view. </em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This cross-sectional study was conducted in the academic year 2019 on 100 medical interns in the internal medicine and surgery wards of educational Isfahan hospitals. The validation is confirmed and reliability was calculated</em> <em>based on previous studies. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test). </em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>From the interns&#39; point of view, the physician&#39;s performance in teaching the patient during discharge the highest score was in the field of education about drug use at home (score 5.69 from 10, with mean 5. 69&plusmn;2.31) and the lowest scores were in the field of education about self-care (score 4.69 from 10, with mean 4.69&plusmn;2. 38) and how the patient performs in the face of problems (score 4.58 from 10, with mean 4. 58&plusmn;2. 84). </em><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>Results revealed that from the interns&#39; point of view, in general, the physician&#39;s performance in teaching to the patient during discharge was medium a</em><em>nd there is a need to increase the quality of education.
