fa نقش‌های عامل آموزشی و یادگیری تكنولو‍ژي آموزشي Educational Technology مروری Review article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">عاملان آموزشی، شخصیت‌های روی صفحه نمایش هستند که می‌توانند با ایفای نقش‌های مختلف بر یادگیری یادگیرنده تأثیر گذارند و به همین دلیل به یکی از مباحث مطرح در رشته فناوری آموزشی تبدیل شده و در آموزش علوم مختلف از جمله پزشکی قابل استفاده هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی نقش‌های مختلفی که عاملان آموزشی بر عهده می‌گیرند و تأثیرشان بر نتایج یادگیری و رفتارهای یادگیرنده انجام شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه مروری روایتی</span></span> <span dir="LTR">Narrative Review)</span><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">)</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> با شناسایی دقیق، منظم و برنامه‌ریزی شده پژوهش‌های مرتبط با نقش‌های عامل آموزشی و تأثیر آن‌ها در طی سال‌های 2010 تا 2019 در پایگاه‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR">Science Direct</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">، </span><span dir="LTR">Springer</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">، </span><span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و </span><span dir="LTR">IEEE Xplore</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">به بررسی آن‌ها پرداخته است. براساس راهبرد جستجو تعداد 126 مقاله به دست آمد و پس از حذف مواردی که امکان دسترسی به نسخه کامل مقاله نبود و در چکیده آن نیز اطلاعات کامل نیامده بود، و یا به سؤالات این تحقیق مربوط نبود، تعداد 30 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> در انتخاب مقالات تنها مقالات انگلیسی که بر اساس یک پژوهش تجربی نگاشته شده بود مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای یافتن مقالات از کلید واژه‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR">educational agent</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و </span><span dir="LTR">pedagogical agent</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">استفاده شده است. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یافته‌ها نشان داد که عاملان آموزشی در موقعیت‌های مختلف نقش‌های متفاوتی از جمله مربی، متخصص، تسهیل‌کننده، انگیزه دهنده، بازخورد</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">دهنده بر عهده می‌گیرند. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">عامل آموزشی با برعهده گرفتن نقش‌های متنوع از جمله بازخورد دهنده، مشوق، انگیزه دهنده، تسهیل‌کننده، مربی می‌تواند تأثیر مثبتی بر نتایج یادگیری و همچنین رفتارهای یادگیرندگان ایجاد کند. به همین دلیل برای طراحی محیط‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی نیاز است از عاملان آموزشی جهت بهبود کیفیت یادگیری استفاده شود. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <p>&nbsp;<br> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Educational agents are screen characters who can influence learners&rsquo; learning by playing different roles; this way, it has become one of the topics in the field of instructional technology and can be used in teaching various sciences as medicine. This study sought to identify the different roles that educational agents take on and their impact on learning outcomes and learner&rsquo;s behaviors. </em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This study systematically examines the studies related to the roles of the educational agent and their impact during the years 2010 to 2019 in Science Direct, Springer, Google Scholar and IEEEXplore databases by accurately and systematically identifying them. As to the selection of articles, only English articles based on an experimental study were examined. The keywords educational agent and pedagogical agent have been used to find articles. </em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>Based on the search strategy, 126 articles were obtained and after deleting the items that could not be accessed to the article full text and the abstract did not contain complete information, or was not related to the questions of this study, 30 articles were reviewed.
