fa رضایت‌مندی دستیاران اطفال، اورژانس وپرستاران از کارگاه‌های احیا قلبی ریوی و تروما کودکان با استفاده از تکنیک‌های شبیه‌سازی ارزشيابي استاد Teacher Evaluation پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div id="_com_3" uage="JavaScript"> <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یادگیری مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی به عنوان ابزاری مؤثر و بی‌خطر برای یادگیری و تمرین مهارت‌ها است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رضایت‌مندی دستیاران و پرستاران از کارگاه‌ها‌ی برگزار شده به شیوه شبیه‌سازی در بیمارستان کودکان حضرت علی‌اصغر(ع) تهران در سال 99-1398 انجام شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;">. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">دراین مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی جامعه پژوهش157نفر از دستیاران اطفال، اورژانس و پرستاران آموزشی بیمارستان علی اصغر تهران در سال 99-1398 بودند. شرکت‌کنندگان به روش تمام شماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه طراحی شده توسط پژوهشگران بود که پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تحلیل آماری اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصیفی انجام شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">دستیاران اطفال، اورژانس و پرستاران میزان رضایت‌مندی 90درصد و 95درصد را به ترتیب از رابطه با جنبه‌های مختلف رضایت‌مندی و عملکرد مدرسان از مجموع 7 کارگاه برگزار شده، گزارش کردند. تعداد زنان شرکت‌کننده (83%) بیش‌تر از مردان بودو همچنین میان خصوصیات دموگرافیک افراد با رضایت‌مندی آنان رابطه معناداری مشاهده نشد<a name="_Hlk54708430">(</a>06/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">(P=</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">دستیاران و پرستاران از نحوه اجرا کارگاه‌ها و محتوای کارگاه‌های برگزار شده و عملکرد مدرسان رضایت بالایی داشتند، لذا برگزاری کارگاه‌ها به روش آموزش شبیه‌سازی شده برای افزیش یادگیری و بهبود عملکرد دستیاران و پرستاران در طول تحصیل پیشنهاد می‌گردد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <div> <div> <div id="_com_1" uage="JavaScript"><span dir="LTR"></span></div> </div> </div> </div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Simulation-based learning has been an effective and safe tool for learning and practicing skills. Therefore, this study was designed to explore the satisfaction of residents and nurses from workshops held by simulation in Hazrat Ali Asghar (AS) Children&#39;s Hospital in Tehran in the academic years 2019-2020.</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed on 157 pediatric, emergency residents and nurses of Ali Asghar Hospital</em><em><s><span dir="RTL">.</span></s></em><em>Participants were selected through counting method. The instrument was a questionnaire designed by researchers that was used after validation and reliability. Statistical analysis of information was performed using descriptive statistics.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>Pediatric, emergency assistants and nurses experienced 90% and 95% satisfaction, respectively, in relation to various aspects of teacher satisfaction and performance from a total of seven workshops held. The number of female participants (83%) was higher than men. Besides, there was no significant relationship between demographic characteristics of individuals and their satisfaction (P=0/06).</em><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>On the other hand, the assistants and nurses were highly satisfied with the performance of the workshops and the content of the workshops and the performance of the instructors. Therefore, holding workshops through simulated training methods is recommended to enhance learning and improve the performance of assistants and nurses during the study.</em> رضایت‌مندی, شبیه‌سازی, آموزش, پرستاران, دستیاران پزشکی.
