fa نیازسنجی دوره عالی بهداشت عمومی با گرایش مدیریت و اصلاحات نظام سلامت ویژه دانشجویان استعداد درخشان شيوه هاي آموزش Teaching Methods پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">دوره </span></span><span dir="LTR">MPH</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در نظام سلامت ایران به عنوان دوره تربیت مدیران (بالقوه و بالفعل) شناخته شده است. هدف اصلی دوره گواهی عالی بهداشت عمومی (</span></span><span dir="LTR">Master of Public Health</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">)، تربیت دانشجویان در جنبه‌های تحلیلی و مهارت‌های مدیریتی مورد نیاز برای ایجاد مدیران بالینی در هر دو زمینه پزشکی و سلامت عمومی است.</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه با هدف نیازسنجی دوره پودمانی </span></span><span dir="LTR">MPH</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مدیریت جهت راه اندازی دوره برای دانشجویان استعداد درخشان رشته پزشکی عمومی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام پذیرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">دراین&nbsp; مطالعه نیازسنجی که به روش دلفی تعدیل شده انجام پذیرفت. در ابتدا مرور کتابخانه‌ای در خصوص دوره‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR">MPH</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در دانشگاه‌های ایران (همدان، شیراز، شهید بهشتی) و جهان (آریزونا، میامی) انجام شد. نتایج مرور متون در جلسه گروه متمرکز جمع‌بندی شد و در قالب یک پرسشنامه طراحی گردید. پرسشنامه در بین 25 نفر از پزشکان عمومی توزیع شد و نتایج با آمارهای توصیفی (فراوانی) تحلیل شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مرور کتابخانه‌ای سرفصل‌های دوره در دانشگاه‌های داخل و خارج در قالب یک جدول توصیف گردید و با تشکیل3 جلسه گروه متمرکز پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی شد. نتایج توزیع پرسشنامه در بین 25 نفر پزشک عمومی و تحلیل داده‌های آن عبارت بود از: مدیریت سوانح و بلایا، مدیریت بحران، بهداشت مادران، کودکان، سالمندان، تغذیه و اعتیاد، تعیین گرهای اجتماعی سلامت، مدیریت سلامت در جامعه، جمعیت و سالمندی، آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت، آموزش بهداشت محیط، بهداشت مدارس، بهداشت حرفه‌ای، آمار و روش تحقیق.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج نشان داد که همه سرفصل‌های تعیین شده به جز پایان‌نامه از نظر بیش از 70 درصد نمونه‌ها از اهمیت بسیار بالا و بالایی برخوردار هستند.</span></span></div> <strong>Introduction: </strong>The Master of Public Health (MPH) course in the Iranian health system is known as the training course for managers. The MPH course, is mainly used to empower students in the managerial and analytical skills of the community health system. The this study endeavored to to analyze the needs of the MPH course to launch a course for talented general medical students at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This need analysis study was conducted through the modified Delphi technique. Initially, the literature was reviewed. During the search phase, curricula of this course were extracted from national (Hamedan, Shiraz, Shahid Beheshti and Tehran) and international (Arizona and Miami) universities where the MPH management course is offered. The results of literatures review were summarized in the focus group session and developed as a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among 25 general practitioners and the gathered data were analyzed through descriptive statistics (frequency).<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results of the literature review were described and a questionnaire was developed by forming a three-focus-group session.
