fa ژورنال کلاب نقطه عطف دانش درمانگری و تجربه بالینی: ارائه الگو شيوه هاي آموزش Teaching Methods مروری Review article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">دنیای امروز دنیای دانش و اطلاعات است و علوم مختلف با تکیه بر دانش و پژوهش توانسته‌اند به رشد روزافزون خود دست یابند. بنابراین پژوهش و شیوه‌ی خوانش پژوهش‌ها و کاربرد آنها در یک بستر بالینی اهمیتی ویژه دارد. این پژوهش بر آن است تا علاوه بر بررسی مروری مطالعات در رابطه با &laquo;ژورنال‌کلاب‌&raquo; با تمرکز بر علومی که با بالین بیمار در ارتباط هستند نظیر علوم پزشکی و روانشناسی به ارائه الگو مفید و تعاملی برای برگزاری جلسات بپردازد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در این مطالعه مرور روایتی کلید واژه‌های ژورنال کلاب و همراهی آن با واژگان &quot;تاریخچه&quot;، &quot;ارائه&quot;، &quot;روان‌شناسی&quot;، &quot;روان‌شناسی بالینی&quot; و &quot;پژوهش بالینی&quot; در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">Google Scholar</span> <span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">Pubmed,</span> <span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">SID, Ensani,</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">, Irandoc, Civilica, Magiran, &nbsp;Noormagz </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در بین سال‌های 1379- 1398 هجری- شمسی و 2000 تا 2019 میلادی مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در جستجوی مقدماتی284 مقاله به دست آمد که پس از حذف مقالات تکراری (143 مقاله) و پس از مطالعه عنوان و چکیده و در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود و خروج 29 مقاله وارد مرور شدند. یافته‌ها در سه مضمون کلی </span></span><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&quot;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ضرورت، اهداف و ارائه</span></span><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&quot;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> به دست آمد. مضمون اصلی اهداف دارای پنج مضمون فرعی و مضمون اصلی ارائه شامل دو مضمون فرعی است. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">با توجه به نتایج مطالعات جهت برگزاری جلسات ژورنال کلاب که بتواند نقطه عطف دانش و تجربه باشد، لازم است اصول و قواعدی رعایت شود. با توجه به این اصول مدل پنج مرحله‌ای جلسات ژورنال کلاب شامل مرحله مقدماتی، کاوش، اعتباریابی، انتخاب و ارائه و مرحله تکمیلی ارائه شد.</span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: Today, is the era of knowledge, data, and different sciences relying on knowledge and research have continued their growth. This way, research and the method of research reading and application in clinical setting have been particular importance. This study endeavored to provide a useful and interactive way to hold meetings in addition to reviewing studies related to the Journal Club focusing on science dealing with the patient&#39;s bedside such as medical sciences and psychology.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this narrative review study the keyword journal club in conjunction with history, presentation, psychology, clinical psychology, and clinical research have been searched in Google scholar, Pubmed, SID, Ensani, Irandoc, Civilica, Magiran, Noormagz data bases in the years 2000-2019.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The preliminary search resulted in 284 articles. After removing repetitive articles, we reached 143 articles and after reading title and abstract and considering the including and excluding criteria, 29 articles were included in the study. The results were obtained in three main themes which are necessity, goals, and presentation. Goals as the major theme included five subthemes and presentation theme included two subthemes.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the results of the reviewed studies for holding journal club, which could be the turning point of knowledge and experience, principles and rules need to be followed.
