fa روزآمدسازی برنامه درسی کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی براساس صلاحیت‌های شغلی مورد انتظار سیستم سلامت برنامه ريزي درسي Curriculum Development پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> آموزش مبتنی بر شایستگی به دنبال کاهش شکاف بین بازار کار و سیستم آموزش آکادمیک است. با توجه به مشکلات فارغ‌التحصیلان رشته مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی در بازار کار، این پژوهش با هدف روزآمدسازی برنامه درسی این رشته براساس صلاحیت‌های شغلی مورد انتظار سیستم سلامت انجام شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> پژوهش به صورت کیفی با روش گروه متمرکز در دانشکده مدیریت و آموزش پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در سال 1398 انجام شد. برای بحث گروهی تعداد 13 نفر از اعضای هیأت‌علمی و کارشناسان، فارغ‌التحصیل شاغل و دو نفر از مدیران بیمارستان‌ها جهت شناسایی تفاوت آموخته‌های دانشگاهی و نیازمندی‌های بازار کار و سپس ارزیابی محتوا و سرفصل دروس مقطع ارشد رشته مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی انتخاب شدند. در پایان با رسیدن به اجماع نظر گروه، یادداشت برداری از نتایج مورد توافق انجام شد.</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> مهم‌ترین صلاحیت‌های مورد نیاز فارغ‌التحصیلان، رهبری مؤثر گروه کاری، ارتباط با ذی‌نفعان و حل مسأله در بخش‌های بالینی شناسایی شدند. برای پوشش نارسایی موجود، ایجاد تغییراتی در محتوای آموزش موجود از جمله در درس سیستم‌های اطلاع‌رسانی، آشنایی با اهمیت تصمیم‌گیری‌ مبتنی بر شواهد، در درس روش پژوهش، مهارت‌های شناخت/اولویت دهی/توصیف مشکل، در درس زبان، صلاحیت‌های درک و تدوین متون علمی بین‌الملل، در درس آمار حیاتی، آشنایی و استفاده از نرم‌افزار‌های کاربردی وروزآمد پردازش/تحلیل داده مدیریت و در برنامه استراتژیک، مهارت ارتباط با ذی‌نفعان مشخص گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش پیشنهاد شد واحدهای جدیدی برای تأمین صلاحیت‌های مورد انتظار به برنامه درسی اضافه یا جایگزین برخی از آنها شود، ولی با توجه به این که تغییر کوریکولوم آموزشی در ایران فرایندی زمانبر است، اعمال تغییراتی معناداردر محتوای دروس موجود با حفظ عناوین فعلی پیشنهاد می‌گردد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">.</span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: Competency-based education seeks to bridge the gap between the labor market and the academic education system. Due to the problems of graduates of this field in the professional contexts, this study endeavored to up to date the curriculum of the field based on the expected job qualifications of the health system.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This qualitative and applied study with the focus-group discussion method was conducted in the Faculty of Management and Medical Education of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2019. To discuss the group, 13 faculty members and experts, graduates as well as two hospital managers were selected to identify the differences between academic learning and the professional requirements, and then to evaluate the content and topics of the Master of Health Services Management course. At the end of the group&#39;s consensus, notes were taken on the agreed results.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The data analysis revealed that the essential competencies are like this: leadership, effective teamwork, problem-solving, system thinking, and quality improvement. Changes were suggested in the content of existing courses, like working abilities with STATA software, expertise to design solutions by systems thinking methodologies, awareness of the ultimate challenges of the decisions without supporting evidence, and capacity to compare and criticize strategic planning process and outcomes.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Findings revealed that modifications to current courses&#39; content were suggested by adding new curriculum approaches to cover the required skill set.
