fa مقایسه معیارهای ارتقای اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران با دانشگاه‌های منتخب جهان: یک مطالعه تطبیقی مطالعات تطبيقي Comperative Studies پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">انجام مطالعات تطبیقی یکی از روش‌های پژوهش در بازنگری برنامه‌های آموزشی است. این مطالعه با هدف توصیف، تفسیر و مقایسه معیار‌های ارتقای دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران با دانشگاه‌های منتخب دنیا انجام شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در این مطالعه توصیفی - تطبیقی ابتدا آیین‌نامه جدید ارتقا‌ی اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. سپس جدیدترین معیار‌های ارتقای اساتید در سایر دانشگاه‌ها و پژوهش‌های انجام شده در رابطه با این موضوع، با جستجو در سایت‌های دانشگاه‌های مختلف و پایگاه‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR">Med -Pub Google scholar-Scupos</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">و مجله‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR">proquest</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و </span><span dir="LTR">Magiran</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> جمع‌آوری، ترجمه و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. چهار دانشگاه برتر در رتبه‌بندی بین‌المللی شانگهای شامل:‌هاروارد، استنفورد، ویل کورنل و جان‌هاپکینز به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. الگوی مورد استفاده در این مطالعه الگوی بردی (</span></span><span dir="LTR">Beredy</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) است که چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، هم‌جواری و مقایسه را در مطالعات تطبیقی مشخص می‌کند. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">معیار‌ها در دانشگاه‌های منتخب درحوزه‌های آموزشی، پژوهشی، مهارت و نوع‌آوری یا مراقبت بالینی و در بعضی موارد ساخت برنامه است، که داوطلب ارتقا یک حوزه را انتخاب می‌کند. همچنین یک معیار حمایتی متشکل از دستاورد در همه حوزه‌ها و فعالیت‌های خاص وجود دارد. در ایران معیار‌های آموزشی، پژوهشی - فناوری، علمی - اجرایی و فرهنگی </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">تربیتی و اجتماعی به عنوان معیار اصلی هستند. </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج به دست آمده به سیاست‌گذاران علمی کشور امکان خواهد داد معیار‌های ارتقای اعضای هیأت‌علمی را با دید وسیع‌تر طراحی، بازنگری واصلاح نمایند که زمینه ارتقای همه جانبه آموزش علمی و تحقیقاتی کشور باشد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Comparative studies are one of the research methods in reviewing educational programs. This study endeavored to describe, interprete, and compare the criteria for promoting Iranian medical &nbsp;with selected universities in the world.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This is a descriptive-comparative study that first studied the new regulations for the promotion of faculty members of Iranian universities of medical sciences, then the latest criteria for the promotion of professors in other universities and research conducted in this regard, Searched, translated, and studied by searching the sites of various universities and the Google-scholar, Scupos, Pubmed sites, and the Proquest and Magiran magazines. The four prominent universities in Shanghai International Rankings, including Harvard, Stanford, Will Cornell and John Hopkins, were selected as the research sample. The applied model in this study was a Beredy model that identifies four stages of description, interpretation, proximity, and comparison in comparative studies.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>In the studies, it was determined that the criteria in the selected universities are in the fields of: education, research, skills and innovation, or clinical care, and in some cases program construction. The candidate chooses to upgrade a field. There is also a support criterion consisting of achievement in all specific areas and activities.
