fa اقدامات لازم برای حرکت به سوی عدالت آموزشی در آموزش عالی مديريت آموزشي Educational Management پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در متون علمی، هر یک از نویسندگان &quot;عدالت آموزشی&quot; را از زوایای مختلف مورد بررسی قرار داده‌اند و شاخص‌هایی برای آن تعریف نموده‌اند. لذا، لازم است این شاخص‌ها مورد موشکافی دقیق قرار گیرد. این مطالعه با هدف بازبینی متون علمی و بررسی دیدگاه‌ها در مورد عدالت آموزشی در سطح آموزش عالی انجام شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه که با تحلیل متون علمی صورت گرفت در زمره سنتز پژوهی طبقه‌بندی می‌شود. برای دستیابی به هدف این پژوهش با استناد به مطالعات کیفی و با روش تحلیل محتوا و با دسته‌بندی و کدگذاری جملات، اقدامات لازم برای حرکت به سوی عدالت آموزشی معرفی شده است.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">اقدامات لازم برای حرکت به سوی عدالت آموزشی در سه دسته کلی زیر معرفی گردید: 1- اقدامات قبل از ورود به آموزش عالی (با معرفی 5 زیر اقدام بنیادین) 2- اقدامات و مداخلات مؤسسه‌ای 3- اقدامات و مداخلات ملی(هر کدام با معرفی 4 زیر اقدام مجزا)</span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;">.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">به منظور تحقق عدالت در دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی، لازم است که علاوه بر توجه به اقدامات اولیه و مؤسسه‌ای، اقدامات تکمیلی برای تحقق عدالت آموزشی صورت پذیرد که هر کدام از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. این اقدامات شامل تمهیداتی است که بایستی در سطح ملی صورت پذیرد تا با اتخاذ سیاست‌های مناسب، نیازهای بازار کار پیش‌بینی گردد تا زمینه به‌کارگیری مهارت‌های دانش آموختگان در جامعه فراهم گردد.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <div> <div id="ftn2"><span dir="RTL"></span></div> </div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>In the scientific literature, each author has considered &quot;educational equity&rdquo; from a different perspective and some of its specifications and indices. These indices need to be carefully examined. In this study, the initial aim was to review scientific texts and different perspectives on &quot;educational equity&quot; in higher education to facilitate prioritize measures that enable taking operational steps toward &quot;educational equity.&quot;</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong><strong>:</strong><em> This study was conducted through Synthesis of Quantitative Literature (classified as a synthesis research). Therefore, based on the gathered scientific literature, necessary activities for reaching &ldquo;educational equity&rdquo; were introduced using the content analysis method and extracting, coding, and categorizing the items.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>The required steps for moving towards &ldquo;educational equity&rdquo; were categorized as follows: Steps before entering higher education (including 5 basic subsets), institutional actions and interventions (four subsets), and national actions and interventions (four subsets).</em><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>In order to achieve equity in higher education, while considering the initial and institutional measures, additional measures need to be taken to achieve &quot;educational equity&quot;. These include measures that should be considered at the national level to anticipate the needs of the &quot;labor market&quot; by adopting appropriate policies, so that graduates can apply their skills in the community.</em> عدالت آموزشی, آموزش عالی, آموزش, سنتز پژوهی.
