fa تبیین تجربیات دانشجویان دندانپزشکی از آموزش در عرصه: یک مطالعه کیفی با استفاده از بازاندیشی آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر نيازهاي جامعه Community Based Medicine پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">شواهد حاکی از آن است که آموزش مرسوم دانشجویان به منظور ارتقای شایستگی و استعداد دانشجویان بعد از فارغ‌التحصیلی ناکافی است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجربیات دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در رابطه با جنبه‌های مطلوب روش آموزش در عرصه انجام شد. </span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد کیفی در سال 1397 انجام شد. 28 دانشجوی سال آخر دندانپزشکی در طول ترم طبق برنامه‌ریزی انجام شده به مراکز جامع سلامت روستایی شهرستان گرگان مراجعه کردند. در پایان ترم تحصیلی از آنان خواسته شد در رابطه با پیامدهای حاصله از آموزش در عرصه، بازاندیشی بنویسند. برای تحلیل دست نوشته‌ها از آنالیز محتوای کیفی قراردادی با هدف استخراج تجربیات و دیدگاه دانشجویان از کارآموزی در عرصه دندانپزشکی استفاده شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به استخراج 72 کد مفهومی اولیه، دو طبقه اصلی &quot;کسب تجربیات بالینی، کسب تجربیات غیربالینی&quot; و چهار طبقه فرعی شامل &quot;ارتقای مهارت‌های بالینی، تقویت مهارت‌های عاطفی/ نگرشی، بهبود مهارت‌های برقراری ارتباط فردی، درک اهمیت تعاملات سازمانی&quot;گردید. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش آموزش در عرصه در کنار روش‌های آموزشی مرسوم می‌تواند توانایی یادگیری دانشجویان دندانپزشکی را به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش دهد و موجب ارائه خدمات با کیفیت بهتر و ارتقای سلامت دهان و دندان جامعه گردد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Evidence indicates that the customary way of teaching is not enough to improve students&#39; skill and competence after graduation. This study aimed to explain the experiences of Dentistry students in relation to community-based education (education in the field), which was done through written reflection by the students. </em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This study was carried out embracing qualitative approach in the academic year. 28 senior dentistry students according to the preplanned program visited the comprehensive centers of rural health in Gorgan, Golestan, Iran. At the end of the semester, students were asked to write their reflection on the outcomes of education in the field.
