fa مروری بر پزشکی روایتی: رویکردی نوآورانه در آموزش پزشکی شيوه هاي آموزش Teaching Methods مروری Review article &nbsp; <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در علم پزشکی، روایت‌ها از اهمیت حیاتی برخوردار هستند. همیشه داستان‌هایی درباره بیماران، تجربیات مراقبت از آنها و بهبود بیماری در میان پزشکان در ارتباطاتشان با سایر تیم درمانی، بیان می‌شود. این روایت‌ها، علاوه بر این که در تکامل اندیشه مؤثرند، یکی از روش‌های تدریس فعال نیز محسوب می‌شوند. این مطالعه با هدف معرفی پزشکی روایتی به عنوان رویکردی در آموزش پزشکی، انجام شد.</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه به صورت مروری نقلی و با جستجوی الکترونیک متون و مقالات در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">Science Direct</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> ,</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">ProQuest ,PubMed, ISI Web of Science</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> و موتور جستجوی </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">Google Scholar</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> و کلمات کلیدی پزشکی مبتنی بر روایت، پزشکی روایتی، روایت، تدریس و آموزش پزشکی و معادل‌های انگلیسی آن شامل </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">narrative-based medicine</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">, </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">narrative medicine, narration, Teaching, medical education</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">، از سال1980 میلادی تا کنون، انجام شد. پس از حذف موارد تکراری و با در نظر داشتن ارتباط مستقیم مقالات با اهداف مطالعه، فقط چکیده مقالاتی که به طور تمام متن در دسترس بود، بررسی گردید.</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">از مجموعه مقالات وارد شده به مطالعه، 32 مورد در بررسی نهایی قرار گرفت که 5 مقاله فارسی و بقیه ‌انگلیسی بودند. مباحثی که مرتبط با رویکرد پزشکی روایتی در آموزش پزشکی بود، استخراج گردید و نتایج این بررسی به صورت چهار مضمون کلی شامل مفهوم، کاربردها، پیامدها و محدودیت‌های استفاده‌ از رویکرد روایتی، ارائه شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">لازم است برای اجرای پزشکی روایتی، جایگاه‌اموزشی ویژه‌ای با تغییر نگرش و بستر‌سازی فرهنگی در نظر گرفت و دانشجویان پزشکی از ابتدای تحصیل با کاربرد روایت‌ها به منظور یادگیری انسان‌گرایی، منش حرفه‌ای، اخلاق پزشکی، مهارت‌های تشخیصی، استدلال بالینی و مراقبت بیمارمحور آشنا شوند و آن را عملا به کار گیرند. از این رو آموزش صحیح و گنجاندن آن در برنامه درسی رسمی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">‌با توجه به بستر آموزشی و فرهنگی و استفاده‌ از رویکرد روایتی در کنار شواهد و حقایق پزشکی توصیه می‌شود.</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <span dir="LTR"></span> <p>&nbsp;<br> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>In medical science, narratives are vital. Always stories about patients, their care experiences, and the improvement of the diseases are expressed among physicians and other health care teams. These narratives, in addition to being effective in the evolution of thought, are also considered as an active teaching method. This study was conducted with the aim of introducing narrative medicine as an approach to medical education.</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This study was conducted by narrative reviewing and searching the electronic texts and articles in the databases, Science Direct, ProQuest, PubMed, ISI Web of Science and the Google Scholar search engine, and the keywords of narrative-based medicine, narrative medicine, narration, teaching and medical education, and equivalents in Persian, since 1980. After removing repetitive articles, and considering the direct link of the articles to the study objectives, only abstracts of the articles that were available in full text were reviewed.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>Of the papers included in the study, 32 articles were submitted to the final review, 5 of which were Persian, and the rest were English. Discussions related to the narrative medicine approach in medical education were extracted and the results of this study were presented as four general themes including the concept, applications, implications, and limitations of using a narrative approach.</em><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>It is necessary to consider a special education position with a change in cultural attitudes and practices, and medical students should become familiar with the practical application of narratives from the beginning of their studies in order to learn humanism, professionalism, medical ethics, Diagnostic skills, clinical reasoning and patient-centered care, and apply it practically. Therefore, proper education and inclusion in the formal curriculum are recommended with regard to the educational and cultural background and the use of a narrative approach along with medical evidence and facts.</em><br> &nbsp;</p> پزشکی مبتنی بر روایت, پزشکی روایتی, روایت, تدریس, آموزش پزشکی.
