fa ارایه الگویی برای اعتباربخشی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کشور پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <strong>مقدمه</strong> ارایه الگویی مناسب برای اعتباربخشی دانشگاه‌ها وظیفه‌ای خطیر برای نظام نظارت و ارزیابی دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی جوامع می‌باشد. هدف این مطالعه، ارایه الگویی برای اعتباربخشی دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی علوم پزشکی کشور است. اهداف اختصاصی شامل: تعیین مولفه‌ها (عوامل) و شاخص‌های عملکردی در دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی علوم پزشکی، ارایه الگوی پیشنهادی برای اعتباربخشی دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی علوم پزشکی و تعیین میزان برخورداری الگوی پیشنهادی از مقبولیت ملی است.<strong>روش‌ها</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی، از نوع پیمایشی و در دو مرحله انجام شده است. در مرحله اول، به منظور تعیین مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های عملکردی، از یک پرسشنامه شامل 216 شاخص عملکردی در قالب 16 مولفه اصلی که بر اساس یک مقیاس متوالی صفر تا هفت درجه‌ای از نظر میزان مطلوبیت هر یک از مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها استفاده گردید. در مرحله دوم، پس از ارایه الگوی پیشنهادی به منظور تعیین میزان مطلوبیت الگو و برخورداری از مقبولیت ملی از پرسشنامه‌ای 20 سؤالی بر اساس مقیاس لیکرت و 2 سوال تشریحی استفاده گردید. پرسشنامه‌های جمع‌آوری شده با روش آماری توصیفی تحلیل شد.<strong>نتایج</strong> در مرحله اول، برخی از مولفه‌ها بطور کلی و اختصاصا برخی از شاخص‌های عملکردی مانند انتشار کتب و وجود پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی از نظر واحدهای این پژوهش بیش از سایرین در اهمیت و اولویت قرار داشت و در مرحله دوم، بر اساس 30 نمونه مورد بررسی، میزان مطلوبیت الگوی اعتبار بخشی پیشنهادی از نظر صاحبنظران آموزش عالی علوم پزشکی کشور در مقیاس &laquo;زیاد&raquo; (27/70 درصد) است.<strong>بحث</strong> بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، الگوی پیشنهادی بر اساس گذر از چهار مرحله اصلی: درخواست اعتبار بخشی توسط موسسه، تعیین مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های عملکردی، فرایند خودارزیابی و انجام ارزشیابی توسط همتایان، قادر خواهد بود به ارزیابی کیفیت و با اعتباربخشی دانشگاه‌های یاد شده بر اساس معیارها و شاخص‌های کمی و کیفی بپردازد Introduction. Presenting an appropriate model for university accreditation is a great task for supervising and assessment system of higher education institutions. The present survey was conducted to design an appropriate model for the accreditation of medical universities in Iran. The objectives of this study were: to determine the components and performance indicators in medical universities, to design and propose a model for the accreditation of medical universities in Iran and, to determine the amount of national credibility for the proposed model. Methods. A descriptive survey was carried out in two stages. In the first stage, a questionnaire was used to determine the components and performance indicators. The questionnaire consisted of 16 main components and 216 performance indicators which were ranked from 0 to 7 based on their desirability. The second stage included designing a model by reviewing the literature and considering the special situation of the country. Then a questionnaire using Likert scale and two written questions was used in order to determine its national credibility. The findings were analyzed by descriptive statistics and factor analysis method. Results. Some of the components and performance indicators like publishing books and the existence of information systems were more important and had the priority compared to the rest of the factors. Findings of the second stage showed that the proposed model according to the view points of 30 experts in the field of medical education got a high approval (70.27% in high level). Conclusion. Despite many attempts regarding accreditation in higher education in Iran, these institutions suffer from a number of shortcomings in terms of quality. This model is semi-centralized and consists of four steps request for accreditation, determining the components and performance indicators, self - assessment process, and peer evaluation.
