fa تأثیر عملکرد‌های آموزشی در روند اجتماعی شدن حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری: یک مطالعه مروری ساير موارد other مروری Review article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">اجتماعی شدن حرفه‌ای به عنوان فرایندی ضروری از مهارت یادگیری، نگرش و رفتار لازم برای تحقق نقش‌های حرفه‌ای است. پیامد‌های اجتماعی شدن حرفه‌ای بسیار متغیر، گسترده و متأثر از عوامل مختلف فردی، موقعیتی و سازمانی است. هدف این مطالعه، مروری برنقش عملکرد‌های آموزشی در روند اجتماعی شدن حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری است. </span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در این مطالعه مروری (</span></span><span dir="LTR">Narrative</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">)، جستجوی مقالات در منابع الکترونیک و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی, </span></span><span dir="LTR">CINAHL, Scopus, Google Scholar, Science Direct, Elsevier , SID, Magiran</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در محدوده زمانی سال‌های 2017-2002 و همچنین منابع کتابخانه‌ای انجام شد. کلید واژه‌های مورد استفاده شامل اجتماعی شدن،</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">حرفه‌ای، فعالیت آموزشی و دانشجویان پرستاری بود. در جستجوی اولیه 106 مقاله یافت شد و در نهایت 10 مقاله وارد مطالعه گردید. </span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مطالعات انجام شده نشان می‌دهد که اجتماعی شدن حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری در نظام آموزشی، تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی است که از میان آن‌ها، در نظر داشتن نقش راهبران پرورشی (</span></span><span dir="LTR">mentors</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">)، همتایان (</span></span><span dir="LTR">peers</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) و الگوهای نقش (</span></span><span dir="LTR">role models</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) مؤثر، بسیار حائز اهمیت است. همچنین تجارب شخصی و نقش مربیان بالینی در تسهیل توسعه یادگیری و اجتماعی شدن دانشجویان، مورد توجه است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در راستای تسهیل و ارتقای اجتماعی شدن حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری، بهبود و سامان‌دهی نظام آموزشی و اهمیت بر گزینش مربیان بالینی مؤثر و علاقمند، همچنین استفاده از راهبران پرورشی، همتایان و الگوهای نقش مؤثر از راه‌کارهای پیشنهادی در این زمینه است. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="LTR"><strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Professional socialization is an essential process of learning skills, attitudes and behaviors necessary to fulfill professional roles. The consequences of professional socialization are widely varied and influenced by personal, situational and organizational factors. The aim of this study was to review the role of educational activities on professional socialization of nursing students.</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This narrative review study was carried out by searching library resources and the databases of CINAHL, Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar, Elsevier, SID, and Magiran for articles published during 2002-17. The keywords used for the search included socialization, professional, educational activity, and nursing students. Preliminary results yielded 106 articles of which 10 articles were selected for the review.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>Contemporary studies show that professional socialization of nursing students is influenced by different factors among which the role of mentors, peers and effective role models is of great importance.
