fa آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی در اتاق عمل: مطالعه مروری تكنولو‍ژي آموزشي Educational Technology مروری Review article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">شبیه‌سازی یک فناوری آموزشی است که منجر به تسهیل یادگیری و بهبود عملکرد یادگیرنده می‌شود، هدف این مطالعه معرفی وکاربرد آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی درآموزش بالینی اتاق عمل است.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در این مقاله مروری، کلید واژه‌های شبیه‌سازی، آموزش، آموزش بالینی، آموزش اتاق عمل و شبیه‌سازی در اتاق عمل، برای جستجوی مقالات فارسی و انگلیسی موجود در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی،</span></span><span dir="LTR">Science Direct</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">،</span></span> <span dir="LTR">Google scholar</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">،</span><span dir="LTR">Pubmed</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">،</span><span dir="LTR">SID</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR">Magiran</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> در بازه زمانی 1396-1379 شمسی و 2000-2018 میلادی استفاده شد. مقـالاتی کـه طبق هدف مطالعه به معرفی و کاربرد روش‌های آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی در اتاق عمل مرتبط بودند، انتخاب و مطالعه شدند.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">چهل و دو مقاله، به بررسی تاریخچه و اهمیت استفاده از شبیه‌سازی در آموزش‌های بالینی، روش‌های ایجاد و توسعه آنها، انواع شبیه‌سازهای مورد استفاده در اتاق عمل. اهمیت و نوع مدل طراحی شده جهت ارزشیابی این روش‌ها پرداخته بودند. از جمله انواع شبیه‌سازها می‌توان به شبیه‌سازهای فیزیکی با فیدالیتی پایین، ابزارهای آموزشی مبتنی بر وب، آموزش‌های ویدیویی مبتنی بر کامپیوتر، سیستم‌های یادگیری مجازی، سیستم مدیریت یادگیری، &quot;سیستم ام سی گیل (</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">McGill</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">)</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> &quot;برای آموزش و ارزشیابی مهارت‌های لاپاروسکوپی، روش‌های جراحی مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی و مانکن‌های مبتنی بر کامپیوتر کنترل شده واقعی مثل &quot;سیم من‌تری جی</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">( </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">Sim man 3G</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">)</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&quot;اشاره کرد.</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در آموزش اتاق عمل می‌توان از انواع شبیه‌سازها و مدل‌های ارائه شده جهت طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه آموزشی استفاده کرد. بسیاری از چالش‌های موجود با برنامه ریزی‌های مناسب قابل حل است و مؤسسات آموزشی می‌توانند با درک پتانسیل آموزشی این روش، باعث توسعه و گسترش آموزش‌های مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی در اتاق عمل شوند.</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Simulation is an educational technology that facilitates learning and improves learner&rsquo;s performance. The aim of this study was to introduce simulation-based clinical training in operating room.</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong><strong>:</strong><em> In this review article, the keywords &ldquo;simulation, training, clinical education, operating room training, and simulation in operating room&rdquo; were used to find Persian and English articles published from 2000-2018 andin the databases of Science Direct, Google scholar, PubMed, SID, and Magiran. Articles related to introduction and application of simulation-based training in operating room were selected and reviewed.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>Forty-Two articles had addressed the history and importance of using simulation in clinical education, their development methods, types of simulators used in the operating room and importance and types of models designed to evaluate the simulation methods. Examples of these simulations included low-fidelity physical simulators, web-based educational tools, computer-based video training, virtual learning environment systems, learning management systems, laparoscopic surgery such as &ldquo;McGill Inanimate System&rdquo; for training and evaluation of laparoscopic skills, simulation-based surgical methods, and realistic computer-controlled mannequins such as &ldquo;Sim Man 3G&rdquo;.</em><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>A wide variety of simulators and models can be used for designing, implementation and evaluation of operating room training.
