fa بازنگری، اجرا و ارزشیابی واحد آسیب‌شناسی دهان، فک و صورت عملی در دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر نيازهاي جامعه Community Based Medicine پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: امروزه یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های آموزش آسیب‌شناسی دهان، فک و صورت، چگونگی آموزش آن به دانشجویان دوره دکتری عمومی است. این مطالعه به منظور نیل به هدف کاربردی آموزش آسیب‌شناسی به دانشجویان دکتری عمومی دندانپزشکی، به کمک بازنگری اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه آموزشی واحد درسی آسیب‌شناسی عملی 2 انجام شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: در این مطالعه اقدام پژوهی آموزشی، ابتدا دیدگاه‌های دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران که طی 2 سال گذشته واحد آسیب‌شناسی عملی 2 را گذرانده بودند به کمک پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. سپس با استفاده از دیدگاه اعضای گروه و نظرات دانشجویان و بررسی متون و تجربیات سایر دانشگاه‌های جهان، اصلاحاتی در برنامه آموزشی واحد درسی مذکور اعمال گردید. پس از اعمال تغییرات با همان پرسشنامه دیدگاه‌های دانشجویان در خصوص نحوه برگزاری کلاس عملی جمع‌آوری گردید. برای نظرخواهی از پرسشنامه‌ای خود-ایفا که در مطالعه شکیب و همکاران مورد استفاده قرار گرفته بود، استفاده شد. داده‌های کمی حاصل از پرسشنامه قبل و بعد با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">PASW-1</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">8</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و </span></span><span dir="LTR">t-test</span> <span dir="LTR">Independent</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">انجام شد.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: تعداد 92 نفر پیش از اعمال تغییرات و 62 نفر پس از اعمال تغییرات پرسشنامه را تکمیل نمودند. در مقایسه ارزیابی دانشجویان از آموزش ارائه شده قبل و بعد از اعمال تغییرات، افزایش معناداری در ارزیابی دانشجویان در برخی موارد مشاهده گردید. به عنوان مثال ارزیابی کلی آنها از کیفیت آموزشی افزایش معناداری را نشان داد (008/0</span></span><span dir="LTR">p=</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">). همچنین میانگین نمرات دانشجویان در امتحان پایان ترم پس از اعمال تغییرات افزایش مختصری نشان داد، هرچند که این افزایش به لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود (431/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">p=</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">).</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: اعمال تغییرات فوق سبب افزایش رضایت کلی دانشجویان از کیفیت آموزش واحد درسی آسیب‌شناسی عملی 2 گردید. هرچند میانگین نمرات کسب شده آخر ترم دانشجویان، افزایش معناداری نشان نداد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Today, one of the most important challenges in teaching oral and maxillofacial pathology is how to teach it to dental students. The purpose of this study was to review the implementation and evaluation of the Practical Pathology Curriculum in order to achieve the goals of applied pathology education for dental students. </em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>First, a need assessment was conducted so that the view of students in the faculty of Tehran University of Medical Sciences who had completed the practical oral and maxillofacial pathology unit 2 during the last 2 years were collected using a questionnaire. Then, using the view of faculty members and considering the student opinions and reviewing the texts and similar experiences in other universities in the world, amendments were made to the course mentioned above. After the implementation of the modifications, we gathered the student&rsquo;s view using the same questionnaire. </em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>In the need assessment phase, 92 students (controls) and after the implementation of the modification, 62 students (cases) completed the questionnaire. A significant improvement in the assessment of students in some items such as their overall assessment of educational quality (p = 0. 008) and the mean score of the questionnaire (p = 0. 00) was observed.
