fa تبیین دیدگاه دستیاران روانپزشکی در مورد آزمایشگاه مداخلات ابزاری در روانپزشکی: یک مطالعه‌ی کیفی آموزش باليني Clinical Teaching ساير موارد other <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">محیط آموزشی یکی از اجزای فرآیند یاددهی </span></span><span style="font-family:sakkal majalla;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> یادگیری است. آموزش بالینی به عنوان جزیی آموزش پزشکی امروزه با چالش‌های متعددی روبرو است. امروزه محیط‌های آموزشی بالینی متفاوت از محیط‌های بالینی بیمارستانی و درمانگاهی وجود دارد. با توجه به راه اندازی آزمایشگاه ابزاری در گروه روانپزشکی اصفهان، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تبیین دیدگاه دستیاران روانپزشکی در آزمایشگاه مداخلات ابزاری در روانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه‌ی کیفی اکتشافی که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انجام شد. کلیه دستیارانی که دوره آزمایشگاه مداخلات ابزاری در روانپزشکی را گذرانده بودند و مایل به شرکت در پژوهش بودند وارد مطالعه شدند. (9 نفر). جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش از روش گروه متمرکز استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل متن مصاحبه با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">با استفاده از روش استقرایی دو مضمون آزمایشگاه &quot;مداخلات ابزاری عرصه‌ای نو&quot; و &quot;دستیاری روانپزشکی قصه‌ای دیگر &quot; به دست آمد از داده‌های این پژوهش آشکار گردید که هر کدام از این دو مضمون در برگیرنده‌ی دو زیر مضمون مشتمل بر&quot; اجزای آزمایشگاه مداخلات ابزاری&quot; و مزایای آزمایشگاه مداخلات ابزاری &quot;بود.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">آزمایشگاه مداخلات ابزاری اجزای یک محیط بالینی را در بر گرفته است و با توجه به ماهیت آن منجر به ایجاد تجارب مثبت در دستیاران شده است</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">.</span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Educational environment is part of the teaching-learning process. Clinical training, as a part of medical education, is now facing numerous challenges. Nowadays, there are clinical training environments different from hospital and clinic environments. Considering the establishment and operation of the instrumental lab in the department of psychiatry in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, this study was conducted to explain the views of psychiatry residents on the instrumental interventions lab in the department of psychiatry, Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This qualitative, exploratory study was conducted using purposive sampling. All the residents who had completed the course of instrumental interventions lab in psychiatry and were willing to participate were included in the study (n = 9). Data were collected through focus group discussions. Interview transcriptions were analyzed by means of thematic analysis.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>Drawing on the inductive technique, two main themes emerged: &ldquo;instrumental interventions lab, a new field in education&rdquo; and &ldquo;psychiatry residency, another narrative&rdquo;. Each of these themes consisted of two subthemes &ldquo;components of instrumental interventions lab&rdquo; and &ldquo;benefits of instrumental interventions lab&rdquo;.</em><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>The instrumental interventions lab encompasses the components of a clinical environment, and given its own nature, has led to positive experiences for the residents.</em> محیط آموزشی, آموزش پزشکی, آموزش بالینی روانپزشکی, دستیاران پزشکی.
