fa نقد برنامه درسی دندانپزشکی عمومی برنامه ريزي درسي Curriculum Development پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">بازنگری برنامه درسی مبنا و ضرورتی برای توسعه آموزش محسوب می‌شود. هدف برنامه درسی دندانپزشکی عمومی تربیت دندانپزشک با حداقل توانمندی‌های مورد انتظار می‌باشد. بنابر اهمیت این رشته در ارتقا سلامت جامعه، این مطالعه با هدف نقد برنامه درسی دندانپزشکی عمومی از دیدگاه ذی‌نفعان به منظور بازنگری آن و در راستای بسته آموزش پاسخ‌گو و عدالت محور، در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان، در سال 1395 انجام شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه به روش کیفی انجام شد. گردآوری اطلاعات به روش‌های بررسی مستندات، مصاحبه‌های فردی و گروهی بود. نمونه گیری هدف‌مند با مشارکت 30 نفر از ذی‌نفعان برنامه درسی دندانپزشکی عمومی و برگزاری 10 جلسه مصاحبه انجام شد. متن مصاحبه‌ها در نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">MAXQDA</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">-10</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> وارد شد و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی هدایت شده (قیاسی) تحلیل شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نقد برنامه درسی بر اساس دیدگاه ذی‌نفعان و بر اساس 3 طبقه اصلی نقاط ضعف، نقاط قوت و راه‌کارهای پیشنهادی از دیدگاه ذی‌نفعان و مطابق اجزای اصلی در برنامه درسی شامل نیازسنجی، اهداف، استراتژی‌های آموزشی، محتوا، منابع آموزشی، فضای آموزشی، فعالیت‌های یادگیری فراگیران، اجرا و ارزشیابی و در 14 درس انجام شد. به طور کلی از دیدگاه ذی‌نفعان، بازنگری برنامه درسی مفید است ولی تغییرات ناگهانی و بدون توجیه‌سازی ذی‌نفعان و فراهم نبودن بسترهای سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری مناسب برای اجرا باعث شکست در اجرای برنامه درسی شده است.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">به نظر می‌رسد نارضایتی ذی‌نفعان از برنامه درسی دندانپزشکی عمومی به دلیل اجرای شتابزده برنامه درسی اخیراً بازنگری شده و فراهم نبودن زیرساخت‌هایی برای اجرای آن و رسیدن به اهداف ایده‌آل گرایانه برنامه درسی است. از این رو بازنگری با نیازسنجی جامع از ذی‌نفعان برنامه درسی و اجرای آزمایشی آن و همچنین فراهم‌سازی بسترهای اجرایی و توجیه‌سازی ذی‌نفعان برای توسعه و موفقیت برنامه درسی توصیه می‌شود.</span></span></p> </div> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Introduction</span></strong>: <em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Curriculum revision is the basis and a necessity for development of education. The goal of General Dentistry curriculum is to train dentists with minimum expected competencies. Considering the importance of this field in promoting society&rsquo;s health, this study was carried out in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2017 with the purpose of criticizing the general dentistry curriculum from stakeholders&rsquo; viewpoints in order to revise it in line with accountable and justice-oriented education package.</span></em></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Methods</span></strong>: <em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">This study employed a qualitative approach. Data were collected through reviewing the documents, individual and group interviews. Purposeful sampling was carried out with the participation of 30 stakeholders of general dentistry curriculum and holding 10 interview sessions. The interview transcripts were imported to MAXQDA-10 software and analyzed by directed (deductive) qualitative content analysis.</span></em></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Results:</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> <em>Curriculum criticism was conducted in 14 courses based on the stakeholders&rsquo; viewpoints and according to three main categories of weaknesses, strengths and proposed solutions from the stakeholders&rsquo; viewpoints and in accordance with the basic curriculum components including needs assessment, objectives, instructional strategies, content, educational sources, learning environment, learning activities, implementation and evaluation. Overall, from the stakeholders&rsquo; viewpoints, curriculum revision is useful but sudden changes without persuading stakeholders and the lack of suitable hardware and software infrastructures for implementation have led to failure in the curriculum implementation.</em></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Conclusion</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">:</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> <em>It seems that stakeholders&rsquo; dissatisfaction with general dentistry is due to hasty implementation of the recently revised curriculum and lack of infrastructures to implement the curriculum and achieve its idealistic goals.
