fa تحلیل مفهوم توانمندی یادگیری و ارتقای مبتنی بر عمل به روش واکر و آوانت ساير موارد other پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مرور متون مبین آن است که در مورد تعربف، نحوه اجرا، آموزش و ارزیابی توانمندی یادگیری و ارتقای مبتنی بر عمل در میان صاحب نظران اتفاق نظر وجود ندارد لذا این مطالعه با هدف شفاف‌سازی مفهوم و ارائه تعریف تحلیلی انجام گرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه بر اساس رویکرد تحلیل مفهومی واکر و آوانت و اجرای هشت مرحله انتخاب مفهوم، تعیین اهداف تحلیل، تعیین ویژگی‌های تعریفی، ارائه مورد الگو، ارائه موارد جایگزین، مخالف، مرتبط، حدواسط و جعلی، شناسایی پیشایندها و پسایندها و تعریف شاخص‌های تجربی انجام شد. پس از انجام جستجوی وسیع در پایگاه‌های داده علمی با استراتژی‌های از پیش تعیین شده تعداد 120 سند مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و ویژگی‌های تعریفی مفهوم استخراج و تعریف تحلیلی ارائه شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">توانمندی یادگیری و ارتقای مبتنی بر عمل یک صلاحیت پیچیده، وابسته به حرفه و زمینه است که مشتمل بر مجموعه‌ای از صلاحیت‌های فردی است که بایستی فراگیران این توانمندی را در دوره آموزش دانشگاهی خود کسب نمایند و با ایفای نقش‌های حرفه‌ای به منصه ظهور برسانند، البته وقوع آن مستلزم پیشایندهایی است و در صورت محقق شدن به تعالی خدمات بالینی می‌انجامد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یادگیری و ارتقای مبتنی بر عمل به عنوان یک فراصلاحیت نقش مهمی در بهبود کیفیت خدمات بالینی دارد و این مطالعه با شفاف‌سازی مفهوم، برنامه‌ریزی و عملیاتی‌سازی آن را تسهیل نمود و آن را از مفاهیم مجاور متمایز ساخت.</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Literature review suggests that there is no consensus among experts on the definition, implementation, training and assessment methods of practice-based learning and improvement (PBLI). Therefore, the purpose of this study was to elaborate on this concept and provide an analytical definition.</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This study was conducted based on Walker and Avant&rsquo;s concept analysis approach in eight stages: selecting a concept, determining the aims of analysis, identifying all uses of the concept, determining the defining attributes, providing a model case, providing borderline, related, contrary, invented, and illegitimate cases, identifying antecedents and consequences, and defining empirical referents. An extensive search in scientific databases was carried out based on predetermined strategies, and 120 documents were reviewed. Accordingly, the defining attributes of the concept were extracted and its analytical definition was presented.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>PBLI is a complicated, context and vocation-dependent competency which comprises a set of individual competencies that learners should acquire it during their academic education and actualize it through playing professional roles.
