fa دیدگاه دانشجویان در مورد واحدهای درسی رشته کارشناسی علوم تغذیه ارزشيابي برنامه Program Evaluation پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان و فارغ‌التحصیلان یکی از گام‌های مهم تعیین جنبه‌های مختلف نیازمند بازنگری برنامه آموزشی است، این مطالعه با هدف &nbsp;بررسی نظر دانشجویان علوم تغذیه دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور در سال94-1393 در مورد واحدهای درسی اصلی دوره کارشناسی انجام شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در این مطالعه مقطعی 185 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد و ترم آخر کارشناسی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور به روش نمونه در دسترس دراین مقطع زمانی (سرشماری) شرکت کردند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا بود. تناسب تعداد واحدهای دروس نسبت به محتوا، میزان علاقه به هر درس، تناسب با نیاز جامعه و میزان ارتباط با رشته تغذیه بررسی شد. جهت تحلیل داده</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&lrm;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ها از&nbsp; آمار توصیفی استفاده شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در مورد دروس تغذیه اساسی2، داروشناسی، پاتوفیزیولوژی، اصول تنظیم برنامه‌های غذایی، رژیم درمانی1، رژیم درمانی2، تغذیه ‌گروه‌های ویژه، فیزیولوژی تغذیه و کارآموزی رژیم درمانی به ترتیب 8/49، 3/61، 61، 6/63، 2/66، 68، 2/56، 5/62، 2/56 درصد از شرکت‌کنندگان اعتقاد داشتند که تعداد واحدهای این دروس نسبت به محتوا کم است. اکثرشرکت‌کنندگان اظهار داشتند که دروس بیوشیمی متابولیسم، تغذیه اساسی1، تغذیه اساسی2، داروشناسی، پاتوفیزیولوژی، زبان تخصصی و اصول تنظیم برنامه‌های غذایی ارتباط زیادی با رشته تغذیه دارند. اکثر دانشجویان معتقد بودند 5 درس جدید باید به برنامه آموزشی این رشته اضافه شود. به ترتیب 9/84 و 7/93 درصد معتقد بودند باید دوره کارورزی در عرصه و دوره کارآموزی حین ارائه دروس تئوری ایجاد گردد. 6/58 درصد از آنها معتقد بودند طول دوره این رشته باید بیش از 4 سال و به صورت دکترای حرفه‌ای باشد.</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">با توجه به یافته‌های این مطالعه بازنگری برنامه درسی &nbsp;دوره کارشناسی علوم تغذیه&nbsp; با در نظر گرفتن نظرات دانشجویان &nbsp;ضروری به نظر می&shy;رسد. </span></span></div> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Surveying the viewpoints of students and graduates is one of the important steps in determining the aspects of a curriculum that require revision. The purpose of this study was to assess the opinions of students of nutrition sciences about the credits of basic courses in Iranian medical universities 2014-15.</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This cross-sectional study was conducted on 185 MSc and final-semester BSc students who were selected from all Iranian medical universities through convenience sampling census. Data collection tool was a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire. The proportion of course credits to content, interest in each course, proportion to community needs, and relation to the field nutrition were assessed. Data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>As to basic nutrition 2, pharmacology, pathophysiology, principles of meal planning, diet therapy 1, diet therapy 2, nutrition for special groups, nutrition physiology and diet therapy apprenticeship, 49.8, 61.3, 61, 63.6, 66.2, 68, 56.2, 62.5, 56.2 percent of the participants respectively stated that the credits of these courses were inadequate relative to their contents. Most of the students believed that the courses metabolism biochemistry, basic nutrition 1, basic nutrition 2, pharmacology, pathophysiology, English for nutrition students and principles of meal planning were highly related to the field nutrition. Most students also believed that 5 new courses should be added to the curriculum. 84.8% and 93.7% of the students respectively believed that an internship in the field course and an internship program during theory courses should be created.
