fa تجربه‌های متخصصین پزشکی در ارتباط با تصمیم‌گیری در موقعیت‌های دشوار اخلاقی ساير موارد other پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <p dir="RTL"></p> <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در حال حاضرعلی&shy;رغم وجود قوانین و مقررات و راهنماهای درمانی مختلف، اتخاذتصمیم‌های تشخیصی و درمانی پزشکان با وجود تلاش برای احترام به اعتقادات و هنجارهای فرهنگی بیمار، با دشواری‌هایی همراه است که می‌تواند درمان بیماران و رضایت آنها را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجارب متخصصین پزشکی از تصمیم‌گیری در موقعیت‌های دشواراخلاقی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1391 انجام گرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه بااستفاده از رویکرد کیفی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش متخصصین پزشکی و نمونه‌ها با نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف و با حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند فردی بود. روش تجزیه و تحلیل به کار رفته، تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه‌های پیاده شده بود. پس از مرور مکرر متن مصاحبه‌ها، مضامین اصلی و فرعی استخراج شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">8 نفر از اساتید و متخصصین پزشکی در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. مضامین استخراج شده شامل3مضمون اصلی &quot;آگاه‌سازی تدریجی بیمار&quot;، &quot;اعتمادسازی متقابل پزشک و بیمار&quot; و &quot;تصمیم‌سازی مشترک پزشک و بیمار&quot; و 13 مضمون فرعی بود.</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">پزشکان در شرایط دشوار، تصمیم‌گیری‌ها را به صورت مشترک با بیمار انجام می‌دهند و اعتقاد دارند که باید پس از آگاه‌سازی بیمار و ایجاد اعتماد در وی،‌ با امید به بهبودی بیمار هرچه در توان دارند، را به انجام برسانند.</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Despite various laws, regulations and therapeutic guidelines, it is difficult for doctors to make diagnostic and therapeutic decisions while trying to respect patients&rsquo; beliefs and cultural norms. This may affect the treatment of patients and their satisfaction. This study aimed to explore medical specialists&rsquo; experiences of decision-making in moral dilemmas at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2012.</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This qualitative study was conducted at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Research population included medical specialists and participants were selected by purposive and maximum variation sampling. Data were gathered through semi-structured individual interviews. Interview transcriptions were analyzed using content analysis method. Review of the transcriptions yielded the main categories and subcategories.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong><em>Eight medical teachers and specialists participated in this study. Three main categories and 13 subcategories emerged.
