fa نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان پرستاری جهت کار در مراکز مشاوره و درمان تخصصی اعتیاد برنامه ريزي درسي Curriculum Development پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">پرستاران باید واجد صلاحیت‌های علمی، عملی و مهارت‌های کامل در امر آموزش پیشگیری و کنترل سوء مصرف مواد و درمان بیماری اعتیاد باشند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان پرستاری جهت کار در مراکز ترک اعتیاد انجام شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: &nbsp;</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این مطالعه توصیفی در سال تحصیلی 1395-1394 در شهر اصفهان انجام گرفت. جمعیت مورد مطالعه جهت تعیین نیازهای آموزشی، اساتید دانشکده پرستاری، پزشکان، پرستاران وگیرندگان خدمات تخصصی اعتیاد مراکز مشاوره و درمان تخصصی اعتیاد بودند. داده‌های مورد نیاز برای نیازسنجی با استفاده از فن دلفی در سه مرحله با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی جمع آوری گردید. داده&shy;ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی تحلیل شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در مراحل اول، دوم و سوم دلفی به ترتیب 129 (کل جمعیت 140 نفر)، 79 (کل جمعیت 80 نفر) و 20 (کل جمعیت 20 نفر) نفر به پرسشنامه‌ها پاسخ دادند. از 150 نیاز آموزشی استخراج شده جهت پرستاران برای کار در مراکز مشاوره و درمان تخصصی تعداد 69 نیاز، مربوط به حیطه شناختی، تعداد 39 نیازمربوط به حیطه عاطفی و تعداد 42 نیاز، مربوط به حیطه روانی حرکتی بود. </span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">اکثر نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان پرستاری برای کار در مراکز مشاوره و درمان تخصصی اعتیاد مربوط به حیطه شناختی و سپس حیطه روانی حرکتی بود. پیشنهاد می‌شود دوره‌های آموزشی مدون در زمینه‌ی این نیازهای آموزشی برای دانشجویان پرستاری برگزار گردد و بسته آموزشی با توجه به این نیازها تهیه شود. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></div> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Nurses must be equipped with scientific and practical competencies and skills in teaching drug abuse prevention and control as well as addiction treatment. Thus, this study aimed to determine the educational needs of nursing students for working in addiction counseling and treatment centers.</em><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This descriptive study was conducted in Isfahan in the 2015-16 academic year. The statistical population was comprised of faculty members of the nursing and midwifery school, physicians, nurses and the service recipients provided by addiction counseling and treatment centers. Using a three-round Delphi Technique, the data were collected by a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed by means of descriptive statistics.</em><br> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>In the first, second and third rounds of Delphi Technique, 129 (out of 140), 79 (out of 80), and 20 (out of 20) people responded to the questionnaire respectively. Of the 150 educational needs that were identified, 69 were related to the cognitive domain, 39 to the emotional domain and 42 were related to the psychomotor domain.</em><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>Most of the nursing students&rsquo; educational needs of nurses for working in addiction counseling and treatment centers were related to the cognitive and psychomotor domain.
