fa رابطه سرمایه فکری و مسؤولیت‌‌پذیری اجتماعی با رفتار اخلاقی اعضای هیأت‌علمی مديريت آموزشي Educational Management پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>رفتار اخلاقی از موضوعات مهم تمامی سازمان‌ها و به ‌ویژه دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی است که می‌تواند تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی از جمله سرمایه فکری و مسؤولیت‌‌پذیری اجتماعی قرار بگیرد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه سرمایه فکری و مسؤولیت‌‌پذیری اجتماعی با رفتار اخلاقی اعضای هیأت‌علمی انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش‌ها: </strong>روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود و روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها بررسی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای تعداد 183 نفر انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه سرمایه فکری (بونتیس، 1998) با ضریب آلفای 83/0، پرسشنامه مسؤولیت‌‌پذیری اجتماعی (قلاوندی و همکاران، 1393) با ضریب آلفای 81/0 و پرسشنامه رفتار اخلاقی (سوانسون و هیل، 1993) با ضریب آلفای 91/0 بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه هم‌زمان استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج: </strong>مقدار ضرایب همبستگی سرمایه فکری و مؤلفه‌های آن: سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه ساختاری و سرمایه رابطه‌ای با رفتار اخلاقی به ترتیب برابر با 402/0، 297/0، 225/0 و 229/0 بود (01/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span>). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که سرمایه فکری 17 درصد از واریانس رفتار اخلاقی را تبیین می‌کند (05/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span>). هم‌چنین مقدار ضرایب همبستگی مسؤولیت‌‌پذیری اجتماعی و مؤلفه‌های آن: اقتصادی، قانونی، اخلاقی و خیرخواهانه با رفتار اخلاقی به ترتیب برابر با 507/0، 291/0، 414/0، 38/0 و 367/0 بود (01/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span>). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که مسؤولیت‌‌پذیری اجتماعی 9/25 درصد از واریانس رفتار اخلاقی را تبیین می‌کند(05/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با ارتقای سرمایه فکری و مسؤولیت‌‌پذیری اجتماعی اعضای هیأت‌علمی می‌توان انتظار به بود رفتار اخلاقی آنان را داشت.</p> </div> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Ethical behavior is an important issue for all organizations, especially universities and higher education institutions that can be influenced by various factors including intellectual capital and social responsibility. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between intellectual capital and social responsibility and ethical behavior among faculty members.</em></p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This study was a descriptive-correlational research and the data was collected through a survey method. Statistical population comprised all faculty members of University of Sistan and Baluchistan of whom 183 were selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection tools were intellectual capital questionnaire (Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha=0.83) (Bontis, 1998), social responsibility questionnaire (Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha=0.81) (Ghalavandi et al, 2014) and ethical behavior questionnaire (Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha=0.91) (Swanson & Hill, 1993). Correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used for data analysis.</em></p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> <em>The values of the correlation coefficients of intellectual capital and its components - human capital, structural capital and communicative capital - with ethical behavior were 0.402, 0.297, 0.225, and 0.229 respectively (p<0.01). Results of the multiple regression analysis revealed that intellectual capital explains 17% of the variance of ethical behavior (p<0.05). The values of the correlation coefficients of social responsibility and its components - economic, lawful, ethical and benevolent - with ethical behavior were 0.507, 0.291, 0.414, 0.38, and 0.367 respectively (p<0.01). Results of the multiple regression analysis revealed that social responsibility explains 25.9% of the variance of ethical behavior (p<0.05).</em></p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>Enhancing the intellectual capital and social responsibility of faculty members may improve their ethical behavior.</em></p> سرمایه فکری, مسؤولیت‌‌پذیری اجتماعی, رفتار اخلاقی, اعضای هیأت‌علمی.
