fa جایگاه نقش‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاری در پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری مدیریت پژوهشهای دانشگاهی academic research management ساير موارد other <div class="rounded" style="background:#eee;border:1px solid #ccc;padding:5px 10px;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">پایان‌نامه‌های پرستاری از مهم‌ترین منابع تولید علم برای عمل پرستاری است. توجه به نقش‌های پنج‌گانه‌ی پرستاری جهت توسعه‌ی حرفه‌ای این رشته امری ضروری است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی میزان توجه به نقش‌های حرفه&shy;ای پرستاری در پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد و روند تغییرات آن طی سال‌های 1393-1381 است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی مشهد در سال‌های 1393-1381 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. عناوین پایان‌نامه‌ها از نظر نقش‌های پنج‌گانه پرستاری شامل؛ نقش&shy;های مراقبتی، آموزشی، ارتباطی، حمایتی و مدیریتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات فهرست وارسی پژوهشگرساخته روا و پایا بود که به کمک آن زمینه موضوعات پایان‌نامه‌ها در پنج محور تحقیقاتی فوق مشخص گردید. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">160 پایان‌نامه در فاصله زمانی مذکور نگارش شده بود. از میان عناوین مورد بررسی، 5/37% به نقش مراقبتی، 75/18% آموزشی، 8/1% ارتباطی، 25/6% &nbsp;حمایتی و 7/5% به نقش مدیریتی مرتبط بودند. 30% عناوین نیز به مواردی غیر از نقش‌های پنج‌گانه پرستاری پرداخته بودند. پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری در طول این سال&shy;ها بیش‌تر بر نقش مراقبتی متمرکز بوده‌است و نقش ارتباطی کم‌تر از دیگر نقش‌ها مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. توجه به نقش ارتباطی، مدیریتی و آموزشی به تدریج در طول بازه زمانی مذکور افزایش یافته است، اما تعداد عناوین متفرقه نیز به تدریج افزایش یافته است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">با توجه به اهمیت پرداختن به نقش‌های پنج‌گانه پرستاری جهت کمک به توسعه حرفه‌ای این رشته، لازم است پایان‌نامه‌های پرستاری در سال‌های آینده با تمرکز بیش‌تر و مرتبط تر با این نقش‌ها هدایت گردد.</span></span></div> <p><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Introduction</span></strong>: <em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Nursing theses are among the most important sources to generate knowledge for nursing practice. Consideration of the five professional nursing roles is necessary for professional development of the field. This study aimed to assess the level of consideration of professional nursing roles in nursing MSc theses and how it has changed during 2002-14.</span></em><br> <strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Methods</span></strong>: <em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">This descriptive cross-sectional study reviewed nursing MSc theses written during 2002-14 in Mashhad School of Nursing and Midwifery. Theses&rsquo; titles were reviewed in terms of the five nursing roles including caregiving, educational, communicative, advocating and managerial roles. Data collection tool was a researcher-made checklist for identifying the themes of theses according to the five research topics.</span></em><br> <strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Results:</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> <em>A total of 160 theses had been written in this period. Of these, 37.5% were related to caregiving role, 18.75% to educational role, 1.8% to communicative role, 6.25% to advocating role and 5.7% were related to managerial role while 30% addressed issues other than these roles. During these years, nursing MSc theses have been focused more on the caregiving role and the communicative role has received the least attention.
