fa تدوین اهداف آموزشی و توانمندی‌های مورد انتظار در آموزش سلامت معنوی به گروه علوم پزشکی آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر نيازهاي جامعه Community Based Medicine پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نظام ارائه خدمات سلامت نیازمند پاسخ‌گویی معنویت گرا و توجه به این بعد از سلامت مراجعین خود است. برای پرداختن به این موضوع ضروری است آموزش‌های لازم صورت پذیرد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش استخراج اهداف آموزشی و توانمندی‌های مورد انتظار در آموزش سلامت معنوی برای دانشجویان علوم پزشکی بر اساس نیازهای آموزشی است.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این پژوهش به روش گروه متخصصین (</span></span><span dir="LTR">Expert panel</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) طی یک پروژه سه مرحله ای انجام گرفت. در اجرای مرحله اول چند گروه عملیاتی به مرور تاریخچه، روش‌ها و استانداردهای برنامه درسی سلامت معنوی پرداختند. در مرحله دوم توانمندی‌ها و اهداف آموزشی بر اساس نظریات کارشناسان تعیین شد. در مرحله سوم پیش‌نویس اهداف برنامه به منظور نهایی شدن، به روش دلفی در گروه متشکل از 6 نفر از متخصصین امر سلامت معنوی، آموزش و برنامه درسی مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت و در نهایت به اجماع نظر متخصصین و تدوین اهداف برنامه منجر شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">پس از دریافت پاسخ‌ها و تحلیل آن‌ها، با رسیدن به اجماع نظرات متخصصین، فهرستی از شایستگی‌های آموزشی و اهداف رفتاری مرتبط با تدریس سلامت معنوی به دست آمد که بر اساس آن، اهداف برنامه درسی در قالب سه بسته آموزشی مفاهیم مرتبط با سلامت معنوی از دیدگاه اسلام، اهمیت سلامت معنوی و تأثیر آن بر سایر ابعاد سلامت و پرداختن به امور معنوی در ارائه خدمات سلامت تهیه شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در این مطالعه توانمندی‌های مورد انتظار و اهداف اختصاصی رفتاری بر اساس نیازهای آموزشی و منطبق با مدل اهداف آموزشی طراحی شده توسط بلوم، تدوین شد و می‌تواند برای تدوین برنامه درسی سلامت معنوی برای گروه پزشکی بسیار کاربردی بوده و شروعی برای ادغام سلامت معنوی در برنامه آموزشی پزشکی باشد.</span></span></p> </div> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Introduction</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">:</span></strong> <em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Health services system requires spiritual accountability and should pay attention to this dimension of the clients&rsquo; health. Due training is needed to address the issue. The purpose of this study was to identify the educational goals and expected competencies in spiritual health education for medical sciences students based on the educational needs.</span></em></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Methods</span></strong>: <em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">This study was carried out using the expert panel method in three stages: in the first stage, several operating groups reviewed the literature, methods and standards of spiritual health curriculum. In the second stage, the competencies and educational goals were identified based on the experts&rsquo; opinions. In the third stage, for finalizing the draft of the program goals, these goals were discussed in a focus group of six experts in spiritual health, education and curriculum using the Delphi technique and ultimately a consensus was achieved on the goals</span></em><em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></em></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Results:</span></strong> <em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Following the analysis of responses and the experts&rsquo; consensus, a list of educational competencies and behavioral goals related to teaching spiritual health was prepared. Accordingly, the goals of the curriculum were developed in the form of three educational packages: concepts of spiritual health from the perspective of Islam, the importance of spiritual health and its impact on other health dimensions and spiritual issues in health services provision.</span></em></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Conclusion</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: </span><em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">In this study, the expected competencies and specialized behavioral goals were developed according to the educational needs and Blooms&rsquo; educational goals model.
