مراقبت سلامت است که آموزش در بالین برای دانشجویان این رشته بسیار مهم هست و یکی از عناصر ضروری آموزش بالینی بازخورد است. هدف از این مطالعه مروری بر بازخورد در آموزش مامایی است.</span></span></p> <p style="font-size:13.0pt;">مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. مقالاتی وارد مطالعه شدند که در بازه زمانی 1980 تا 2015 به زبان فارسی یا انگلیسی منتشر شده و در زمینه بازخورد در مامایی بودند.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در جستجوی صورت گرفته 742 مقاله یافت شد. پس از حذف مقالات تکراری و با توجه به هدف مطالعه، 7 مقاله مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از مطالعه در بخش‌های توافق بر لزوم بازخورد، چالش‌ها و مزیت‌های بازخورد در آموزش مامایی و وجود عملکرد نامناسب در ارائه بازخورد در آموزش مامایی بررسی شد. دانشجویان و اساتید بر دادن بازخورد توافق داشتند. از مزایای بازخورد در آموزش مامایی می‌توان به تحریک بازاندیشی، رفع نواقص، رشد فردی، افزایش توان حل مسأله و بحث گروهی اشاره کرد</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">با توجه به این که مرور مطالعات نشان‌دهنده این است که دیدگاه مربیان و دانشجویان در مورد وضعیت ارائه بازخورد در آموزش بالینی یکسان نیست. پیشنهاد می‌گردد وضعیت ارائه بازخورد در آموزش بالینی به طور وسیع با استفاده از دیدگاه تمامی ذی‌نفعان بررسی گردد و در صورت وجود خلأ در این زمینه، اقدامات مقتضی صورت پذیرد.</span></span></p> </div> <p style="font-size:11.0pt;">Midwifery is one of the vital fields in the health care system where clinical education is highly important for students and feedback is an essential element of clinical education. This paper provides a review of feedback in midwifery education.</span></em></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Methods</span></strong>: <em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">In this narrative review study, databases of SID, IranMedex, Irandoc, Magiran, PubMed, ERIC, Google scholar and Science direct were searched through using keywords like feedback, reflection, midwifery. The Persian and English articles on feedback in midwifery, published from 1980 to 2015, were included in the study.</span></em></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Results:</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> <em>A total of 742 articles were found. Regarding the research goal, seven articles were finally reviewed after removing duplicates. The most important results of the review were in the domains of consensus on the necessity of feedback, challenges and advantages of feedback in midwifery education and existence of inadequate performance in giving feedback in midwifery education. Students and faculty members agreed on giving feedback.
