fa شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان مرکز فوریت‌ها و پرستاران اورژانس مراکزآموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان Educational Needs Assessment of Emergency Centers Staff and Emergency Nurses of Teaching Hospitals Affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر نيازهاي جامعه Community Based Medicine نامه علمی Short Communication <div style="border:solid #0070C0 3.0pt;padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt;background:#DBE5F1;"> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;">مقدمه: برنامه‌های آموزشی به منظور تأمین نیازهای آموزشی یادگیرندگان طراحی می‌شوند؛ لذا شناسایی نیاز اولین گام در برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی است و موجب افزایش مشارکت یادگیرندگان در طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی و ارتقای سطح کیفی برنامه‌ها می‌گردد. لذا هدف از این مطالعه توصیف نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان مرکز فوریت‌های شهر اصفهان و پرستاران اورژانس مراکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1391 بود. <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;">روش‌ها: در این مطالعه پیمایشی مقطعی جامعه آماری کلیه پرستاران اورژانس مراکز درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان و کارکنان مرکز فوریت شهر اصفهان بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت سرشماری بود و مجموعاً 310 نفر وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بود که پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده‌ها در این پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;">نتایج: میانگین و انحراف معیار متغیرهای سن افراد شرکت‌کننده، سابقه کار آنها و نیز سابقه کار در بخش اورژانس مرکز درمانی یا مرکز فوریت‌های پزشکی به ترتیب 1/7±3/33، 4/7±76/9 و 63/4±24/5 بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار ابعاد پنج‌گانه نیازهای آموزشی شامل مدیریت، ارتباطات، مهارت‌های ارزیابی، تجهیزات و مهارت‌های عملیاتی به ترتیب برابر با 1/2±28/5 (از مجموع 10 نمره) ، 2/2±1/6 (از مجموع 10 نمره) ، 3±1/8 (از مجموع 15 نمره) ، 3/1±6/2 (از مجموع 5 نمره) و 8/19±2/63 (از مجموع 75 نمره) بود. <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;border:none;padding:0in;">نتیجه‌گیری: لازم است نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان مراکز اورژانس و فوریت‌های پزشکی در پنج بخش اصلی شامل مدیریت، ارتباطات، مهارت‌های ارزیابی، تجهیزات و مهارت‌های عملیاتی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. مطالعات آتی با استفاده از روش‌های مختلف کیفی و کمی جهت بررسی بیش‌تر هر یک از ابعاد نیازهای آموزشی پیشنهاد می‌گردد. </div> Introduction: Educational programs are designed to meet learners’ educational needs. Therefore, needs assessment is the first step in educational planning which could increase learners’ participation in designing educational programs and improve the quality of programs. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to describe the educational needs of Isfahan emergency centers staff and emergency nurses of teaching hospitals affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) in 2012. Methods: The statistical population of this cross-sectional survey consisted of all the emergency nurses of teaching hospitals affiliated to IUMS and Isfahan emergency centers staff. Totally, 310 people were selected through census method. The data was collected through a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive statistical tests were used to analyze the data. Results: The means and SDs of the subjects’ age, work experience and work experience in emergency units were 33.3±7.1, 9.76±7.4 and 5.24±4.63 respectively. Moreover, the means and SDs of the five dimensions of educational needs including management, relationships, appraisal skills, equipment and practical skills were 5.28±2.1 (total=10), 6.1±2.2 (total=10), 8.1±3 (total=15), 2.6±1.3 (total=5) and 63.2±19.8 (total=75) respectively. Conclusion: It is necessary to take into account the educational needs of the emergency units staff which include five main categories namely management, relationships, appraisal skills, equipment and practical skills.
