fa رضایت دانشجویان و استادان دندانپزشکی از دستاوردهای آموزشی فیلد کارورزی دندانپزشکی با استفاده از یونیت‌های سیار در مکان مذهبی آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر نيازهاي جامعه Community Based Medicine پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>ارتقای سلامت افراد جامعه با استفاده از امکانات مکان‌های مذهبی به عنوان راهکاری جهت حوزه‌های مختلف طب در جهان مطرح شده است. در حوزه دندانپزشکی در ایران کمتر چنین برنامه‌هایی طرح‌ریزی شده‌ است. مطالعه حاضر برآن است تا ضمن معرفی یک روش نوین ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی با استفاده از یونیت‌های سیار در مکانی مذهبی رضایت دانشجویان و اساتید را از دستاوردهای آموزشی آن بررسی کند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش‌ها: </strong>دراین مطالعه توصیفی، ابتدا یونیت‌های سیار دندانپزشکی در سال اجتماعات مکان مذهبی (زینبیه اصفهان) جهت ارائه خدمت به مردم محروم منطقه استقرار یافت. کلیه دانشجویان سال آخر دندانپزشکی (75 نفر) به صورت سرشماری انتخاب و در طی دوهفته ضمن معاینه و ارائه طرح درمان جامع با توجه به اولویت بیمار، بخشی از خدمات درمانی مورد نیاز را نیز ارائه دادند. مراجعین اقشار محروم منطقه بودند. بعد از یک نیمسال اجرا، برنامه از طریق سنجش رضایت 30 نفر از دانشجویان شرکت‌کننده و 5 نفر اساتید همراه (انتخاب به صورت تصادفی) با استفاده از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته 10 آیتمی پس از تأیید پایایی و روایی صورت گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج: </strong>نمره میانگین کل 5/0&plusmn;1/3 بود. 60% دانشجویان تأثیر برنامه در افزایش توانمندی‌هایشان را زیاد یا خیلی زیاد در درمان‌های بالینی ترمیمی و پیشگیرانه وبرقراری ارتباط مؤثر با بیماران گزارش کردند. کم‌ترین رضایت در افزایش توانمندی آنها برای انجام خدمات درمان ریشه گزارش شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>رضایت دانشجویان از طرح در زمینه افزایش توانمندی‌های ارائه خدمتشان در زمینه برقراری ارتباط با بیماران، خدمات پیشگیرانه و برخی درمان‌های دندانپزشکی بالا بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> </div> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Promoting public health through the facilities of religious sites has become a popular solution for different fields of medicine around the world. However, these programs have been less developed in Iran&rsquo;s dentistry. The purpose of this study was to introduce a novel method of providing dental care using portable units in a religious site and to evaluate the satisfaction of students and faculty members with the educational outputs of the program. </em></p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: <em>In This descriptive study, mobile dental units were first moved to the auditorium of a religious site (Zeinabieh) to provide dental care to the deprived patients of that area. All the senior dental students (N=75) were selected through census method. While examining the patients and providing the comprehensive treatment plan according to patient priority, they provided some necessary dental care during two weeks. After one semester, the program was evaluated through measuring the satisfaction of 30 students and five supervisor professors (selected randomly) by using a researcher-made 10-item questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. </em></p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> <em>The total mean score was 3.1&plusmn;0.5. Sixty percent of the students believed that the effects of the program were high or very high on increasing their ability in restorative and preventive clinical treatments and efficient communication with patients.
