fa تدوین و ارائه الگوی اعتباربخشی برنامه درسی کارشناسی پیوسته رشته‎ی پرستاری دانشگاه‎های علوم‎پزشکی کشور برنامه ريزي درسي Curriculum Development پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>امروز دانشگاه‌ها نیاز به شناختی دقیق از وضع موجود مؤسسه و برنامه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های درسی آن دارند. اعتباربخشی به این نیاز پاسخ می‌دهد. هدف این مطالعه، تدوین و ارائه الگوی اعتباربخشی برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی پیوسته رشته پرستاری دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش‌ها: </strong>این تحقیق، از لحاظ هدف و ماهیت از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از لحاظ روش تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی - پیمایشی بودکه در دو مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول، به منظور تعیین عوامل، ملاک‌ها و شاخص‌ها، از یک پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد و در مرحله دوم، پس از ارائه الگوی پیشنهادی، به منظور تعیین مطلوبیت الگوی یاد شده و بومی‌سازی آن از شیوه دلفی دو مرحله<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ای استفاده شد. نمونه آماری این مطالعه در مرحله اول، 93 نفر اعضای هیأت‌علمی گروه‌های پرستاری دانشکده‌های پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی مستقر در شهر تهران بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبتی انتخاب شدند و در مرحله دوم 38 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان برنامه درسی و پرستاری که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند. به منظور تعیین وزن عوامل اعتباربخشی برنامه درسی، از میانگین وزنی استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج: </strong>در مرحله اول جهت اعتباربخشی برنامه درسی کارشناسی پیوسته رشته پرستاری 9 عامل، 39 ملاک و 143 شاخص تعیین شد. سپس با توجه به تجارب جهانی، ویژگی‌ها و شرایط موجود در کشور الگوی پیشنهادی تدوین و بومی‌سازی شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>الگوی تدوین شده در این مطالعه، دارای ویژگی‌های کاربردی بودن و قابلیت اجرا داشتن، بومی بودن و بهره‌مندی از جنبه‌های مشترک فرآیند اعتباربخشی برنامه آموزش کارشناسی پرستاری در تجارب بین‌المللی است.</p> </div> <p><strong><em>Introduction</em></strong>: <em>Nowadays, the universities need to have an accurate understanding of </em><em>their present situation and the institution&rsquo;s curriculum.</em> <em>Academic Accreditation responds to this need</em><em>. Therefore, this study has been done to design an accreditation model for curricula of baccalaureate degree nursing education in Iran&rsquo;s universities of medical sciences.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>This study, in terms of aim, is a practical study. Its methodology is descriptive - surveying type. In the first step, a manmade questionnaire was used in order to determine elements, criteria and indicators. In the second step, after presenting proposed model, a two-phased Delphi technique was used in order to determine the desirability of mentioned model and its localization. The statistical sample of this study includes 93 faculty members of nursing groups in nursing and midwifery schools of medical sciences universities in Tehran who were selected through proportional stratified random sampling and also in qualitative section, 38 curriculum and nursing experts were selected through a purposeful sampling. In order to determine the weight of Curriculum accreditation&rsquo;s elements, a weighted average was used.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> <em>in the first step, 9 elements, 39 Criteria and 143 indicators was determined for accreditation curricula of baccalaureate degree nursing education.
