fa فنون مدیریت کلاس: راهنمایی برای اداره کردن کلاس درس ساير موارد other مروری Review article <p>مقدمه: مدیریت کلاس درس را مدرس برای ایجاد نظم و انگیزه، درگیر کردن فراگیران و جلب مشارکت آن‌ها در فرایند یادگیری انجام می‌دهد. چنانچه مدرسی نتواند با استفاده از فنون متعدد، کلاس درس خود را مدیریت کند، فرایند تدریس او به خوبی صورت نخواهد گرفت. این مطالعه باهدف مروری بر فنون مدیریت کلاس درس انجام گرفت. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقالات پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی شامل SID Iranmedex, Irandoc, Magiran, Pubmed, google scholar, و Eric در بازه زمانی 1365 تا 1393با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های مدیریت کلاس، انضباط، انگیزش و قوانین کلاسی مورد جستجو قرارگرفت. نتایج: فنون مدیریت کلاسی در چهاردسته مدیریت محتوا و ارائه؛ مدیریت قوانین؛ مدیریت عدالت و انگیزش و مدیریت رابطه‌ها قرار گرفت. در مدیریت محتوا از مواردی مانند فنون تدریس، چگونگی جلب توجه فراگیران، تسلط بر موضوع درسی و قدرت انتقال مفاهیم؛ در مدیریت قوانین از مواردی مانند تعیین قوانین با همراهی فراگیر، زمان تعیین قوانین، اجرای قوانین و پیامدهای تخطی از قوانین؛ در مدیریت عدالت از مواردی مانند برخورد و نگاه عادلانه و توجه به تک تک فراگیران، رعایت عدالت در ارزشیابی و نقش عدالت در موفقیت و انگیزش و در مدیریت رابطه‌ها از مواردی مانند شناخت علایق و استعدادهای فراگیران، ارتباط مؤثر و متقابل مدرس با فراگیران در مدیریت کلاس استفاده شده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج مرور شده، یکی از مهم‌ترین فنون مدیریت کلاس تعیین قوانین کلاسی با همراهی فراگیران و اجرای این قوانین در کلاس درس است. توصیه می‌شود اساتید در جلسه اول کلاس قوانین کلاسی را در مورد استفاده از تلفن، حضور وغیاب، مشارکت فعال، تأخیر در ورود به کلاس با همراهی فراگیران تدوین نمایند.</p> <p>Introduction: Classroom management includes teacher&rsquo;s actions to discipline, motivate and engage learners in learning process. If the instructor could not manage the class using classroom management techniques, his or her teaching process would not go well. The aim of this study was to review classroom management techniques. Methods: The databases of SID, Iranmedex, Irondoc, Magiran, Pubmed, Eric and Google Scholar were searched through from 1986 to 2014 using key words such as classroom management, discipline, motivation and classroom rules. Results: Classroom management techniques were classified in four categories: content management and presentation (teaching techniques, making learners focus, mastery of the subject, and conveying concepts), rule management (determining rules with the help of learners, time of determining rules, rule implementation, and violation consequences), equity and motivation management (equal treatment of individual learners, fair evaluation, and the role of equity in success and motivation), and relation management (identifying interests and talents of learners and effective and mutual instructor-learner communication). Conclusion: According to the reviewed results, one of the most important classroom management techniques is to determine and implement classroom rules with the help of learners.
