fa تبیین ظرفیت و فرهنگ کارآفرینانه در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل از طریق روش تحلیل فازی مدیریت پژوهشهای دانشگاهی academic research management پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: در سطح جهان، نظام علم اغلب کشورها در پاسخ گویی به نیاز فزاینده اجتماعی و اقتصادی به دانش و فن آوری در حال تغییر و تحول هستند. نظریه دانشگاه کارآفرین یکی از مدل‌های مطرح شده برای تبیین چهره جدید و متحول شده‌ی دانشگاه‌ها است. در واقع هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین ظرفیت و فرهنگ کارآفرینانه و مؤلفه‌های آن در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل از طریق روش تحلیل فازی است. روش‌ها: پژوهش توصیفی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل اساتید، متخصصین کارآفرینی دانشگاهی و مسؤولین دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در سال 1392 بود. در تحقیق حاضر، پرسشنامه دانشگاه کارآفرین گیب پس ازتایید روایی و پایایی آن مورد استفاده قرار گرفت، به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل فازی استفاده شد. نتایج: ظرفیت و فرهنگ کارآفرینانه در دانشگاه، شامل: مؤلفه‌های چشم‌انداز، مأموریت و استراتژی دانشگاه، حاکمیت و اداره‌ی دانشگاه، ساختار و طرح سازمانی، چندرشته‌ای، فرارشته‌ای، قدرت نفوذ و استفاده از منابع متنوع، مدیریت ذی‌نفعان و ارزش‌های جامعه، دانش‌آموختگان، انتقال دانش، مرکز رُشد، تأمین مالی مخاطرات در شرکت‌های مشتق از دانشگاه، بین‌المللی‌سازی، و در نهایت، آموزش کارآفرینانه، در سطح نامناسبی قرار دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: در مسیر تبدیل شدن دانشگاه‌ها به یک دانشگاه کارآفرین به خصوص در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، لازم است که آن‌ها در ابعاد ساختاری، مدیریتی و فرهنگی خود را متحول ساخته و با گسترش زیرساخت‌های مورد نیاز، زمینه را برای ایفای کارکردهای جدید فراهم سازند. Introduction: Science systems are changing worldwide in response to increasing social and economic needs for knowledge and technology. Entrepreneurial university theory is a model for explaining the new transformed face of universities. The main purpose of present study was to explain the entrepreneurial capacity and culture in Babol University of Medical Sciences through Fuzzy Analysis Method. Methods: This was a descriptive study. The statistical population consisted of faculty members, university entrepreneurship specialists and administrators of Babol University of Medical Sciences in 2013. Gibb`s Entrepreneurial University questionnaire, after verifying its validity and reliability was used to collect data. The data were analyzed using fuzzy analysis method. Results: The findings showed that the status of entrepreneurial culture and capacity in Babol University of Medical Sciences was inappropriate. This included vision, mission and strategy of university, governance and administration, structure and organizational design, multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary, leverage and employing various resources public values and stakeholders management alumni knowledge transfer Incubation center, venture funding in university spin-off companies, internationalization, and entrepreneurial education.
