fa سنجش نیاز‌های آموزشی متخصصین بیهوشی و رشته‎های جراحی در زمینه‌ی طب انتقال خون آموزش مداوم Continuing Education پژوهشی اصیل Original research article <div> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>طراحی برنامه‌های آموزش مداوم جامعه پزشکی باید بر اساس سنجش نیازهای فراگیران باشد. از طرف دیگر، یکی از مشکلات شایع در کشور، مصرف بی‌رویه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ی فرآورده‌های خونی است و شایع<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ترین درخواست رزرو خون مربوط به بخش‌های جراحی است. لذا مطالعه‌ی حاضر جهت سنجش نیاز‌های آموزشی متخصصین <span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>بیهوشی و رشته<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های جراحی در زمینه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ی طب انتقال<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>خون انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ی پیمایشی برروی نمونه در دسترس شامل 134 نفر از متخصصین<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span> بیهوشی و رشته<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های جراحی در استان اصفهان انجام شد. نیازسنجی آموزشی با استفاده از دوپرسش<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>نامه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ی محقق ساخته روا و پایای خود<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ارزیابی و سنجش دانش انجام شد. آلفا کرونباخ محاسبه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>شده برای سؤالات خودارزیابی سطح<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>اطلاعات 958/0 و سؤالات میزان نیاز به آموزش 981/0 و سؤالات سنجش دانش 72/0 بود. داده<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ها وارد نرم<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>افزار <span dir="LTR">Excel</span> شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ها از شاخص<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های توزیع فراوانی و برای مقایسه نتایج ازآزمون ضریب<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span> همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج: </strong>اکثر شرکت کنندگان مرد (9/70%) با میانگین سابقه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>کار 8/8&plusmn;9/15سال بودند. 8/65% شرکت<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>کنندگان اطلاعات خود را در&quot; حد نسبی&quot; ارزیابی کردند. بیش‌ترین احساس نیاز به آموزش در مورد کرایوپرسیپتیت و کم‌ترین آن در مورد گلبول <span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>قرمز<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span> فشرده اعلام شد. میانگین نمرات سنجش دانش 24/0&plusmn;60/6 بر مبنای 20 بود. بین میانگین نمرات خود<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ارزیابی سطح<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>اطلاعات با میانگین نمره آزمون سنجش دانش و میزان مواجهه با فرآورده<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های خون ارتباط معنادار وجود داشت (0001/0<span dir="LTR">p</span><span dir="LTR">&le;</span>). بین نمرات نیاز به آموزش با نمرات خود<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ارزیابی<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span> سطح اطلاعات و میزان مواجهه با فرآورده<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های خون ارتباط معنادار وجود نداشت (23/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با توجه به نتایج حاصل از نیازسنجی و کمبود دانش پزشکان در تمام مباحث انتقال خون، پیشنهاد می&shy;شود برنامه آموزشی مناسب برای متخصصین رشته‌های جراحی و بیهوشی طراحی گردد. این برنامه می‌تواند در قالب برنامه‌های آموزش مداوم برای دانش‌آموختگان ارائه شود. مطالعات بیش‌تر برای تصمیم‌گیری در مورد نحوه گنجاندن طب انتقال خون در برنامه‌های دستیاری تخصصی گروه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های جراحی و بیهوشی لازم است.&nbsp;</p> </div> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: <em>Developing continuing medical education (CME) programs should be based on assessments of learners&rsquo; needs. On the other hand, one of the prevalent problems in Iran is the excessive use of blood products, and the highest demand for blood transfusion is related to surgical wards. Hence, the purpose of this study was to assess the educational needs of anesthesiologists and surgeons in transfusion medicine</em>.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: <em>This survey was carried out on a convenience sample of 134 anesthesiologists and surgeons in Isfahan. The educational need assessment was administered using two valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaires: self-assessment and knowledge assessment. Cronbach&rsquo;s alphas were calculated at 0.958 for information self-assessment questions, 0.981 for educational needs questions, and 0.72 for knowledge assessment questions. Data were imported to Excel Software. Distribution frequency indices and Pearson correlation coefficient test were used respectively to analyze the data and compare the findings</em>.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> <em>The majority of participants were male (70.9%) with a mean work experience of 15.9&plusmn;8.8 years. 65.8 percent of the participants evaluated their knowledge at an &ldquo;average level&rdquo;. The most important educational need was about cryoprecipitate and the least important was related to packed red blood cells. The mean score of knowledge assessment questions was 6.60&plusmn;0.24 (out of 20). There was a significant correlation between self-assessment mean scores and the knowledge assessment mean scores and the frequency of encountering blood products (P&le;0.0001). No significant correlation was found between the educational need assessment mean scores and the self-assessment mean scores and the frequency of encountering blood products (P=0.23).</em></p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: <em>Given the findings of the present need assessment and little knowledge of the physicians, it is suggested that an appropriate educational program should be developed for surgeons and anesthesiologists. Such program could be offered in the form of continuing education programs for graduates.
