fa آموزش بین‌حرفه‌ای پاسخی به چالش‌های نظام سلامت شيوه هاي آموزش Teaching Methods مروری Review article مقدمه: تغییرات گسترده در حوزه‌ی سلامت سبب گردیده بسیاری از سازمان‌های آموزشی علوم سلامت، درصدد اتخاذ مؤثرترین رویکردهای آموزشی برآیند، در این میان آموزش بین‌حرفه‌ای به عنوان یکی از رویکرد‌های نوین و کارآمد توجه زیادی را درسطح بین‌المللی به خود جذب کرده است. این مطالعه با هدف معرفی آموزش بین‌حرفه‌ای و با تمرکز بر زمینه‌های بروز و شکل‌گیری آن در علوم سلامت انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ای مروری تلفیقی در سال 92-1391با جستجوی یکپارچه در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Pub med، CINHAL Ovid، Science direct همچنین جستجو با موتور جستجوگر Google در منابع اطلاعاتی مختلف مانند مجلات معتبر علمی، گزارشات سمینارها، گزارشات انجمن‌ها و سازمان‌های آموزشی با کلید واژه‌های اصلی آموزش بین‌حرفه‌ای، یادگیری بین‌حرفه‌ای و عملکرد بین‌حرفه‌ای و در محدوده‌ی سال‌های 1995 تا 2013 و به طور عمده به زبان انگلیسی انجام شده است. بیش از 2000 عنوان شامل مقاله پژوهشی، گزارش، صفحات وب، نامه به سر دبیر، کتاب به دست آمد که با بررسی عناوین و خلاصه مقاله‌ها، 120 مقاله که ارتباط مستقیم با هدف و سؤال مطالعه داشت، مورد تحلیل محتوی کیفی قرار گرفت. محتوی مقالات مذکور استخراج و نتایج نهایی با نرم افزارMAXQDA دسته‌بندی، تلفیق و تنظیم گردید. نتایج: دو درون‌مایه اصلی، بیانگر زمینه‌ی شکل‌گیری آموزش بین‌حرفه‌ای در نظام سلامت به دست آمد. درون‌مایه "چالش‌ها" شامل چهار طبقه: تغییرات پویا و همه جانبه‌ی جوامع بشری، ضعف در ارائه مراقبت کیفی، بحران نیروی انسانی و نارسایی‌های آموزش تک حرفه‌ای و درون‌مایه" راهبردهای سازنده" شامل چهار طبقه: گسترش تعاملات بین‌حرفه‌ای، توسعه همکاری‌های بین‌حرفه‌ای، مراقبت تیمی مبتنی بر مددجو و تغییر در فرایند اجتماعی شدن حرفه‌ای دانشجویان علوم سلامت است. نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش بین‌حرفه‌ای با تمرکز بر تعامل بین‌حرفه‌ای و ارتقای فرآیند اجتماعی‌سازی حرفه‌ای فراگیران علوم سلامت، صلاحیت و توانمندی لازم جهت توسعه همکاری‌های بین‌حرفه‌ای و ارائه مراقبت تیمی جامع، یکپارچه و مبتنی بر مددجو را در دانش‌آموختگان، جهت مقابله با چالش‌های نظام سلامت فراهم می‌آورد. Introduction: Extensive changes in the health field have compelled many organizations of health sciences education to seek for the most effective educational approaches. Meanwhile, interprofessional education as a novel and efficient approach has recieved attention internationally. We conducted this study for introducing interprofessional education with a focus on its backgrounds and formation in health sciences. Methods: This integrative review study was performed during years 2012-2013 using an integrated search in PubMed, CINHAL, Ovid, and Science Direct databases. Moreover, google search engine was also used for searching in various information sources such as validated journals and conference proceedings and reports of educational organizations and assemblies, using main key words such as interprofessional education and interprofessional learning, limiting the results from 1995 to 2013 and mainly in English. We obtained more than 2000 titles including original articles, reports, web pages, letters to editor, and books. Having titles and abstracts assessed, 120 documents that were more appropriate and directly related to the study question were selected and analyzed through qualitative content analysis. Then the text contents were retrieved and final results were categorized and managed by MAXQDA software. Results: Two themes were obtained indicating the formation of interprofessional education in the health system. The challenges theme containing 4 categories: dynamic changes in all aspects of human society, poor quality of care services, staffing crisis, and failures of uniproffessional education. The second theme named constructive strategies containing 4 categories: improvement of interprofessional interactions, promotion of interprofessional collaborations, patient centered team care, and changing in professional socialization process of health sciences students.
