fa نیازهای آموزشی کارشناسان آموزش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: نیازسنجی با شناسایی نیازهای مهم، مبنایی برای تعیین اهداف و بستر مناسبی برای سازماندهی سایر عناصر مهم، حول نیازهای اولویت یافته فراهم می‌سازد. پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین نیازهای آموزشی کارشناسان آموزش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سه زمینه مهارت (فنی تخصصی، ادارکی و انسانی) انجام شده است. روش‌ها: روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایش بوده، جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان آموزش کل و دانشکده‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان (47 نفر) می‌باشد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه که با روایی محتوا و پایایی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شده، داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS، به صورت فراوانی، میانگین و آزمون‌های t، ANOVA و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: میزان نیاز آموزشی کارشناسان آموزش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در زمینه مهارت‌های فنی- تخصصی، اداراکی و انسانی بیش از سطح متوسط بود. همچنین رابطه معنی‌داری بین رشته تحصیلی و سابقه خدمت و پست سازمانی کارشناسان با نیازهای آموزشی آنان وجود نداشت ولی بین سن و نیاز به مهارت رابطه معکوس وجود داشت. بحث:کارشناسان آموزش در هر سه حیطه فنی- تخصصی، اداراکی و انسانی، نیاز به دوره‌های آموزش مداوم دارند که این میان، بیش ازهمه در زمینه مهارت‌های فنی- تخصصی احساس نیاز آموزشی می‌نمایند. پیشنهاد می‌شود به منظور ارتقای دانش و مهارت افراد شاغل در سازمان به این نیازها توجه و دوره‌های آموزش لازم ارائه گردد. Introduction. Need assessment process acts as a foundation for defining goals and making a proper ground for organizing other important elements by identifying crucial needs and focusing on priorities. The present study was carried out to define the educational needs of education experts in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in three fields of t technical, perceptual and humane skills. Methods. In this descriptive survey 47 education experts from education office and different schools in validity was confirmed by Content Validity and its reliability by Alpha-Cronbach. The data were analyzed by SPSS software using frequency distribution, mean, ANOVA, t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results. The findings showed that the educational needs of education experts of Isfahan University of Medical sciences in the fields of technical, perceptual and humane skills were over the average level. Their most educational needs were in the fields of technical, humane and perceptual skills, respectively. There was no significant relationship between the course of study, work experience and organizational position, and their educational needs. There was an invert relationship between their age and their education. Conclusion. Education experts need education in all three fields of technical, perceptual and humane skills, among which technical field is needed more.
