fa پیوند بین آموزش و پژوهش در دانشگاه‌های برتر جهان: مطالعه مروری با ارائه یک الگوی مفهومی مطالعات تطبيقي Comperative Studies پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: یکی از اساسی‌ترین مسائل در مدیریت آموزش عالی، "چگونگی پیوند بین آموزش و پژوهش"است. این مسأله در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران به لحاظ پیچیده‌تر بودن ساختار و وظایف خاص این دانشگاه‌ها در مقایسه با دانشگاه‌های تحت پوشش وزارت علوم، با چالش بیش‌تری مواجه است. مطالعه حاضر از طریق بررسی و شناسایی مؤلفه‌های اصلی و تأثیرگذار بر نحوه تعامل و پیوند بین این دو کارکرد اساسی دانشگاه‌ها در جهان، اقدام به طراحی الگویی متناسب برای ارائه به دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی نموده است. روش‌ها: با استفاده از مرور مستندات موجود در تارنماهای دانشگاه‌های اصلی 10 کشور برتر دنیا بر اساس رتبه‌بندی شانگهای (از هر کشور 1 تا 5 دانشگاه)، مؤسسه آموزش عالی تایمز انگلستان (حوزه علوم پزشکی) و همچنین بررسی ادبیات پژوهش مؤلفه‌های تأثیر‌گذار بر پیوند بین آموزش و پژوهش جمع‌آوری و تحلیل گردید. همچنین با استفاده از مدل مفهومی سه شاخگی مؤلفه‌های به دست آمده بر اساس سه عامل ساختاری، محیطی و رفتاری طبقه‌بندی شد. نتایج: نتایج حاصل از بررسی 32 دانشگاه برتر جهان و مرور ادبیات پژوهشی مرتبط، منجر به شناسایی 17 مؤلفه اصلی و 42 زیر مؤلفه گردید که موارد مذکور بر اساس همگنی آنها با هم در چارچوب مدل مفهومی سه شاخگی طراحی و ارائه گردید. بر اساس مدل مذکور مؤلفه‌ها و زیر مؤلفه‌های استخراج شده در قالب سه عامل ساختاری، رفتاری و محیطی قابل جاگذاری بوده و ارتباط تعاملی بین آنها مشخص گردیده است. نتیجه‌گیری: مجموعه مؤلفه‌های ارائه شده در مدل مفهومی می‌توانند به عنوان اجزای اصلی تدوین «راهبرد‌های سازمانی» به منظور هم راستا کردن آموزش و پژوهش و بهره‌گیری از مزایای این هم‌افزایی در دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. Introduction: Teaching-Research Nexus (TRN) is one of the most fundamental issues in higher education management. This issue faces greater challenges in Iranian universities of medical sciences due to their more complex structure and obligations in contrast to universities under the supervision of Ministry of Science. Therefore, this study tried to design an appropriate model of teaching-research nexus for Iranian universities of medical sciences by identifying the determining components involved in the interaction and nexus between teaching and research in the world’s top universities. Methods: Using a review study, documents available in the university websites of the world’s top 10 countries (according to Shanghai Ranking of 1 to 5 top universities in each country), as well as Times Higher Education Ranking (medical sciences), and the literature on components affecting research-teaching nexus were reviewed and analyzed. The obtained components were classified through the three-dimensional conceptual model into structural, environmental, and behavioral factors. Results: The results of the review of the world’s top 32 universities and relevant research literature led to the identification of 17 major and 42 minor components which were designed and presented in the three-dimensional conceptual model based on their homogeneity. According to the model, the extracted major and minor components were classified into structural, environmental, and behavioral factors and their interactive relationship was identified.
